I'm very new to this whole car leasing world and the electric world. Nicole has been amazing throughout the whole process. Nicole has been on the other end of the phone to answer all my questions about the car. The car its self has been amazing to drive, the family love it. I'm just waiting for BWM to get in touch to install a charge point.

First time visiting Hot Car Leasing and I am very impressed with the team for how much detail they went into when explaining the paperwork. Once my Audi Q2 was ready to collect, I rushed to go and pick it up as I was driving round in my camper until it was ready, which wasn't ideal. Once I picked up the car it was very well presented and it actually only had 8 miles on it so it was a new car. The only issue I did have, was that I had to chase for an update a couple of times.

It's not my first time leasing a car but it was my first time using Hot Car Leasing. I kind of knew the process but Nicole and Harriet were more than happy to go through everything with me. I went for the Audi A5 for its sleek look but also due to the space, as it’s used daily so lots of room was important. I’ve already recommended this company to friends and family.

I rang Harriet and I told her what I was after and the fee I was willing to go up to, she told me that the car I was interested in was out of that price range at the moment but not to worry and to leave it with her. I thought nothing of it and that I would not hear anything back from here however I was completely shocked when she rang me around 6 - 8 weeks later and told me that the BMW had dropped down in price and I was definitely interested because it was within the price I was willing to pay for it. She was very professional and she managed to deliver something I never expected her to. When they dropped the vehicle off they inspected the vehicle and it was not properly cleaned so it got buffed up, (polished) and when they dropped it off again it only had 10 miles on the vehicle. This was what you call a service and If I could score 10 I would do, Outstanding!

Definitely a five star rating to Hot Car Leasing. There were a few delays with my Peugeot which was completely out of Hot Car Leasings control. Harriet and Nicole always kept me updated, I can't fault them! Thank you so much for all your hard work from Clare 🙂

Extremely satisfied with my experience of using Hot Car. Harriet and Nicole were my original points of contact and they seemed to go above and beyond ensuring that I was getting the right car for me and that I understood all the processes involved. From the quote to the handover I was extremely impressed at the communication between myself and them and how quickly it was all processed. A 4.9 rating because I never give top marks, nobody is perfect but they came very close.
