Both Hariet and Nicole were brilliant, they kept us up to date with everything. Everything went smoothly without any issues at all. We came from Shrewsbury to Telford to see them and I was a little unsure at first because everything seemed to good to be true, I was waiting for the catch but there wasn't one. The Golf was dropped off on the agreed time and all the team members were amazing to deal with. So knowledgeable and efficient in their roles. They always had time to answer my questions and made the process stress free. I highly recommend them.

I am very happy with what Hot Car Leasing were able to do for me, all in all there was only one little hiccup and it was just a very minor discrepancy. I feel like this is worth mentioning because I was blown away by how quickly the team identified and and rectified this, they couldn't have been more efficient or accommodating. I chose a Tiguan and its definately proven to be the right choice for us. It does everything we need it to do and then some!

My A4 is an absolutely stunning car, I am made up with it! The process of getting the A4 with Hot Car Leasing is really user friendly, nothing was overly complicated and all the staff are so nice to speak to! I felt at ease throughout and if I had any questions I was more than happy to give them a quick call because I new I would be well looked after.
