Harriet was absolutely brilliant, I have never leased a car before so I was a little wary at first but she reassured me and she explained the whole process clearly and thoroughly to me. She found me a great deal which was well within my budget and all the paperwork was completed quickly so I was able to collect my car in no time at all. I'm delighted with my Ford Focus it is a lovely car and it drives so well. Everything has gone really smoothly, from the first phone call to enquire, to the car been delivered to my door, the team have been great. I didn't expect anything less, this is the 3rd car I've had from Hot Car Leasing, its by far the only leasing company I would recommend or use moving forward. The team really are fabulous. Its been 8 months since I've been in a car so when I was ready to get behind the wheel again, I wanted car that I knew was reliable and safe. I found Hot Car Leasing online and went through the online enquiry. The staff called me to discuss the details and they were very nice and helpful to talk to. They explained everything to me, and gave me all the option available. I was in a bit if hurry for the car as my Daughter was due to have a baby and I needed transport, they made it a quick turn around, they were fantastic to deal with. I decided on a Suzuki S-Cross and I'm slowly buy surely getting my confidence back, the car really is so lovely, I'm over the moon with it. I can't not rate the top scores and if I could I would give more than 5 stars.

I would recommend Hot Car Leasing without hesitation. I recently used them to lease a company car, I chose a BMW X3 and its perfect! The whole transaction was seamless and painless. I had a designated advisor who was on the other end of the phone at all times. The communication was brilliant and I was always kept updated too. When the times comes to upgrade I will come straight back to Hot Car Leasing.

I used Hot Car Leasing to get a car for a Christmas present... Its currently in the garage, keeping clean and safe until the big day! The whole process was really smooth and Hot Car Leasing made it quick and easy with no delays like I've experienced before when leasing cars. The advisor was able to answer any questions I had and was always available for a call if I needed anything. I can't grumble whatsoever, the car is as expected and the service I received was 5* standard!
