Had my car two weeks, had to re- arrange my garden to put my car in, as dealer has no log book so car is not taxable, there for I can’t drive it and it can’t go on the road, as there is a risk it will be clamped. Total joke never go to House of Motors again.

In my last review I was a bit harsh on this dealer in respect to having my car two weeks with no log book. In all fairness it was the DVLA holding up the process not the dealer. The car dealer done his very best to resolve the situation and even went as far as to pay for 6 months tax. So all in all a good all round service friendly and helpful. Thank you
I bought Range Rover 3 months ago from House of Motors, so far everything is alright, had few small issues which was resolved without delay and also provided courtesy car while they were repairing my car. Recommend them.

I bought a car on finance from House of Motors. I have been promises a full service history 4 month later I still don’t have a single paper about the cane and every time I call I get can I call you later not a serious dealer chadwell Heath branch.
I went to view a car and ending up not buying it as it wasn't right for me but am writing this review because of the very open discussion I had about it and the frank, honest way the salesman dealt with me. There was a good sales technique but no pressuring, only clear assistance in explaining the car detail. A refreshing change not hearing about endless finance deals and no admin charge!
Brought a Audi from House of Motors when I got home checked oil and it didn’t have any in it phoned garage he had a cheap service done that day when I was there having that done checked tyres which had splits in both front s which he promised new ones and only replaced them with part worn on way home same day the brake clip came off and rapped itself around brake disc and snapped took that was enough for me and backed the car so BEWARE- House of horrors!

Thank you for your review! I must say that you were very pleased when we unwind the deal and really appreciated the service which was offered to you! I would like to respond to your comments that when you complained about the lack of sufficient engine oil and brake pads and front tyres worn, You were offered 2 options; Option one: You can return the car and give you full refund or change it with another car OR Option 2: We can get it all checked and carry out the work required as mentioned. You said you love the car and don’t want to change it and wanted us to get it all checked and fixed. You were immediately booked for check-up and could not find a proof that it had no oil or brake pads not in within the legal limit, however we changed the; Oil, Oil Filter, fuel Filter and diesel filter, front and back brake pads as a goodwill gesture. Tyres are not covered under any warranty however we did change the 3 tyres with Good Quality part worn tyres just to keep you pleased with the buy. You were at no point promised that we will supply new tyres. After few days you wanted to return the car and no questions were asked to you and the car was taken back. We did offer you a courtesy car to drive until you find your new car but you declined saying that your dad is helping you with his car. I am really disappointed to read that you put such a review after all the support and service you received from us.

Did you give the car back? Was it an white Audi q7 56 plate? Wonder if it's the one I have with a oil leak from the gear box!
really good service all around. The car was very good value for money and very clean and just as it was described. The sales team were always on hand to help and they were very friendly. I have had no issues up to now and I would highly recommend this dealership.

I cannot praise them enough,they were honest from the start and I got an absolute bargain on the car I wanted they were friendly,polite and bent over backwards to assist me in getting the right car for me.I highly recommend that you try House of Motors.
