When i visited the Howe Motors and looked at the car i was purchasing there was a lot of body work that needed doing, in which was suppose to be done on collection, the work was completed but not to the standard expected. Shortly after, the headlights stopped working, this has now been fixed. I am currently awaiting the air con in the car to be sorted. With all mechanical issues the dealer was spot on and helpful, it was only the body work that wasn’t too great. I would recommend Howe Motors, but would also advise they check everything. Steve in after sales was really helpful and i would like to thank him for that.

I don't think they are 'Dealers from Hell' as written on other review sites but......I've had varying experiences in over 40 years of driving, but never as bad as with Howe. I've been told that faults have not existed, faults have been ignored, resolved when they haven't, or just partially resolved. I had to chase, chase, chase, by telephone & email. They had the car on 3 occasions for a total of over 20 days, I totally lost confidence in the car & them & with faults still outstanding, consequently p/ex'd the car elsewhere. I only wish I'd read reviews beforehand!
