Sadly I have to say I’m disgusted with the lack of service from this company. I strongly recommend that you do not do business with them, they just don’t care. I purchased a van off them a couple of weeks ago. I travelled two hours for the purchase. Whilst driving back home I had more lights than a Christmas tree. The ABS light came on, traction control light, plus the handbrake light. It then started to rain, so I put the wipers on. No rubber on the windscreen wipers. Plus maybe on a two hour drive it would have been nice to have radio/music on, no luck with that either as the media screen isn’t working. This means no radio or phone connection! Also the front and rear parking sensors aren’t working. To be fair the body work and the drive of the actual vehicle was good. I took the van to my usual garage as, no surprise the vehicle hadn’t been serviced for two years. They found loose wires under the van, hence all the lights. Also why hill assist won’t work.. They advised to have a vehicle electrician look at all the faults. The next day the van was booked in at ford to look at the media unit plus a recall that was outstanding. Te cost of the media unit alone was over £500. Already replaced the wipers, I had to cut one off as was attached with a cable tie. I was also sold a van with a tow bar and electrics. There are no electrics, so was miss sold. Also the electric window switch comes loose in your hand. I gave the company two days to get back to me on Sunday evening, no surprise I haven’t heard a thing. Today I will be completing my paperwork to take them to court and will also be reporting them to trading standards. DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY CAN’T BE TRUSTED AND THEY DON’T CARE

I bought a car from Carwise UK last month and have to say, service and car is amazing. Ray was so helpful with me making the right choice and also very honest about the vehicle too. I should point out after reading these reviews that HR Autos is a different group to Carwise UK. They are both situated at the premieres.

AHR Autos also trades under Carwise it seems. Brought a car from these clowns which had a leak in the sunroof, when I contacted them the fobbed me off and didn’t want to know, telling me to take it to a local mechanic as it would be cheaper than taking it back to them !?!? Log book didn’t even turn up and DVLA advised that it was never received by them. The place is a typical bad rogue trader car sales, do yourself a favour and avoid!

Purchased an Audi A5 convertible from HR Autos mid-Jan 2019 with a faulty parking sensor system (not disclosed at the time). Took it back to be repaired but Rob said his mechanic was unreliable so asked me to make the repair with my own mechanic and he would re-imburse me the costs. After chasing several times (with invoice to prove the work) no payment has been received. Am now in the process of going through small claims court to reclaim the costs. Shame as apart from that the car seems good. Beware of false promises.

Phoned up HR Autos about a car to see if it was still available as distance was far didn't seem to want to no about part exchange. Never mind, have new car now with part exchange there loss,

Two months after buying a used vehicle from HR Autos without even bargaining a penny off the asking price he has yet to send me the invoice receipt and warranty papers. This all despite numerous phone calls, emails and texts. Vehicle registration document was only sent after much fanfare 7 weeks after the vehicle was bought and he couldn’t even spell my name correctly so I’ll have to contact the dvla to get that sorted. This guy is a complete cowboy.

Bought a mini one from HR Autos 7 weeks ago, the car has been smoking and running out of oil very quickly, took it to a mechanic, he has since told me the car has a leaky water pump and an oil leak around the cylinders. i was told this issue couldnt have happened within the time frame that i had purchased the car and it would have been sold with the oil leak, which we wasnt made aware of. since then i called Rob at HR autos and he called me a liar, he called the mechanic i took it to a liar and said he would not do anything about it (even though i have a 3 month warranty.) do not buy from these guys, they have sold a car not fit for purpose and have been caught out and will not do anything about it! i have contacted trading standards who are now looking into this matter, i do not want this to happen to anyone else!

Went down to HR Autos in Epping in Essex the weekend to have a look at an Audi TTS roadster,and to my surprise the vehicle was even nicer in the flesh,guys were very helpful,battery was a little low from sitting in the showroom. Went for a test drive an loved the car so purchased it,the guys ordered a new battery there an then,it arrived about 30 minutes later the guys fitted it and off I went in my new wheels. First class service and would recommend these guys to anyone,cars were immaculate,you can see they take pride in what they sell

We thought HR Autos were going to be trustworthy as by looking at them they seemed like a professional garage full of nice cars. However this was not the case. The car was not the same as in the description, bits were faulty on the car straight after purchase and they were extremely unhelpful and extremely poor customer service. We were left picking up a bill worth thousands of pounds on fixtures less than a month after purchase.
