I unfortunately trusted Huddersfield Audi, I came up twice 150m each way, they said they would rectify the damage to the body and the alloys as agreed on first visit. when I came to collect they had done nothing, total inconvenience from this pathetic group, don’t waste your time, credit search etc on this lot! When they readvertised the car again they even put up the price up from 54-55k beggars belief!
I bought RS6 from Huddersfield Audi but after Audi Sytner Leicester examined the car said the car should not have been released to me. I then returned the car under the Audi 30 day exchange . They delayed refund for a month constant lies when they would pay, Sales manager was not helpful even when it was their problem , no apologies, worst experience buying a car from recognised dealer....get any thing in writing or just stay clear , customer service not good ! Only interest is sales for end of month not customer service

Dealt with Audi Huddersfield for 7 years now and they have always been helpful. They have kept me on the road throughout and several of their staff have gone the extra mile a few times. Would recommend this dealership and the way they handle problems.

I purchased an audi q3 7 weeks ago from Audi Huddersfield. Despite the car being only 3 months old it was supplied without a spare key. promise of a new key not kept in fact they have never ordered it. A new key costs in excess of £250 looks like I will have to foot the bill as Audi Huddersfield never phone me and never keep their promises . 5 star service they claim only until they have got your money and then forget it. Worst Audi dealer I have ever dealt with.
I know that Toys R us have now disappeared into the atmosphere , but Audi Huddersfield could take their name, changing it to Faults R us! Seriously! We bought a Q7 from them for just under £30000 cash! It had 12-13 faults in the four months we had it. They even gave us the vehicle with accident damage, having supposedly passed their stringent PDI check! It was up to us to point out to them their web advert which showed the damage in the advert. The faults that followed were every other week. In fact, I actually think that they have had the car more than we have been in possession of it-they had it for a month one time!!! Some of the faults took two visits to fixed ,despite texts to us saying it had been “quality checked”. When we finally rejected the vehicle (with the support of Audi UK - frank you were great I may add) we asked for another Q7 from the group, and that they show some customer service and pay a small amount towards the new car- as Audi UK had agreed to match Huddersfield Audi’s payment-as they believe they had failed in the service expected. Audi Huddersfield were then rude and arrogant and offered us our money back, refusing to provide a replacement suitable car. he even went on to say that he had spoken to, Frank at Audi Uk and that Frank had stated he wouldn’t be paying anything towards a replacement vehicle!! Frank quickly put him straight about this, as he hadn’t had the conversation when he said-Integrity springs to mind here? The only good point I can say, is that Ed, the master technician, is a great guy and a credit to Audi. The rest? Very poor. I’d recommend that any prospective customers keep hold of their hard earned money, and go to another dealer , as I am sure you will be given a lot more respect and customer service. We are out of pocket due to days off, time travelled ,fuel lost (and a burglary - I won’t eben explain that one!), yet Audi don’t even care. Worst shopping experience by far. Let’s see what the press print. Watch this space. Nb- we can supply all the documentation to prove this review should you require to see it. Avoid !
Damaged my gearstick leather and not taking responsibility. Rude manager who did not even accept that it may have happened during the service. Leaving me with a very high bill to replace the gear stick. You would think dealers take care of your car... think twice as my local garage would have taken more care of it

I bought a Car from here back in September. I have had no major issues. The car was clean and in good condition and very good value for money. The dealers were not that knowledgeable about this car but were friendly. I am happy and I would recommend this dealership.

Be VERY wary of giving this company a fully refundable deposit on a car especially if you decide you don't like the car when you see it. I was told if I put a refund on a car that was due in as a part exchange I was under NO obligation to buy if it wasn't what I was looking for. I have been trying to get my refund back now for two weeks & still not getting anywhere. And don't get me started on the pushy salesmen trying to sell you credit when your a cash buyer & at an extortionate rate of 10 % APR.
