Having been a LOYAL customer of Hughes of Aylesbury for many years I cannot emphasise enough just how bad the cusomer service is here now. Having just spent £700 I went to collect my vehicle but it was all too much trouble for the people in Hughes. The person I spoke to in the service department was blank . My payment was taken by someone else and the I had to go and find my vehicle which was parked in a yard where I suggest customers should'nt be for saftey reasons. What has happened to this company.If employees don' like to be customer facing then LEAVE!!! BEFORE YOU BRING THE COMPANY TO ITS kNEES

Appaling service .. after going many years with our mercs the service has been up and down usually on the 'bad' days they sorted and put things right overall it was ok ish we went because they were 'Mercedes' and trusted them and for a time they had a good service/sales guy who knew his stuff (sadly he left) We however wont be using them again the whole attitude of the service/sales guy was 'couldnt be arsed' maybe because whe CHOSE an older model? ( which i favour) he even voiced our car was 'to old' really whats mercedes no longer service their vehicles after a certain date now ?? maybe he thought we were'nt wealthy enough as we only had an older vehicle but whatever, he was useless, thinking our v 8 engine had 16 plugs and quoted us £900 for a plug change and justified it by saying it would take 2 hours .. jeez i could change them quicker than that :/ whilst i dont mind paying for good service i dont like being treated like a mug nor with indifference and ignorance . Its not a problem we have taken our car elsewhere mercedes specialists and they have been brilliant polite and sorted and didnt cost £900 for a plug change nor even for the full service Mercedes Aylesbury how you get any custom is beyond me you certainly lost ours and looking at reviews many others can you really afford to keep losing customers ?

Totally useless garage. Inefficient, unhelpful and no idea what is meant by customer service. Avoid at all costs
I purchased a Kia Seed 4 months ago i think it is now from Hughes Mercedes Benz, Aylesbury. Yes, no problems at all to report from them or with the car, i was really happy with the levels of service received and would recommend their cars to anyone
