Took my car in for new tyres and from the moment I arrived I was greeted with a smile and felt like I was the most important person. Jan on reception was welcoming and looked after me impeccably. I was offered refreshments and biscuits as required. The service team were 5 Star. Highly recommended 10\10

Like Alison, I too had to wait to see someone in sales (20mins+)even though I had made an appointment to see her. Eventually I was seen by someone who turned out to be on the motability sales side. I was initially impressed with the NX350h and made an appointment to purchase where I was seen by someone else. On collecting the car the “someone else” had to get the motability guy to correct set up of the “easy and intuitive” multimedia Lexus link+. Only one key was provided and a return trip was needed 2 months later to complete the final part of the purchase. After three further visits and several phone calls later the Lexus link+ system still doesn’t function. Today is a Thursday the dealership is closed according to their voicemail at mid morning. Lexus UK HQ confirmed the same - closed so there is no service back up at all.
Came to lexus hull with the intention of buying a new NX350. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by the receptionist who's service I cannot fault she was brilliant. She made us a coffee sat us down and she spoke to a gentleman to see us. Well we waited and waited the receptionist even gave him a reminder so we had a look at the cars outside came back in and waited and waited again after 30 mins we left. Thank god lexus Lincoln know how to look after customers and now have had our business.

Disappointed in my recent visit. Reception very disappointing. Would suggest the lady on reception to smile more and be more welcoming. Disappointed Julie Has left. I Travelled from Leeds and was not impressed. I'll visit my nearest Lexus in future. Very disappointed.
What a great place,the staff are so friendly and helpful ,they go beyond help,special thanks to Ben and Olly and Jan and lisa,and you get a great coffee and biscuits too looking forward to my new lbx,keep up the good work.
Another brilliant experience with the guys at Lexus HULL. Chris and Olly and the lovely young man who welcomed us and replenished our mugs throughout the few hours we were there. Drove in one car and out in a huge upgrade the same day, they couldn’t have done more for us. Thank you so much. 😊

recently purchased a lexus from lincoln. transferred all docs etc to lexus hull my nearest dealer. wow seemed to be welcomed into the family, jolene sorted out my service plan, lisa kept us going with coffee and hot chocolate (by request) and technician explained why power boot lid wasnt working - not switched on! today received call from lisa checking that everything ok. hows that for care and service. .
My RX450h was by relay theft, stolen after owning it for just 7 months. I wanted an exact replacement and found it online at Lexus Hull - 180 miles away. Due to the distance involved and the fact that I had no car in which to travel, I purchased the car after viewing a video. This would be the 4th preowned RX I had purchased from a Lexus dealer in 15 years. Based on my previous experience and my trust in the Lexus brand, I had no hesitation in purchasing the car without viewing in person - big mistake. This is a very condensed overview : The car was delivered by a third party and was covered in tree sap with a layer of dirt on top. I had the car washed but the tree sap remained- it had to be chemically removed. Now clean, it reveals that the bonnet and front bumper are peppered with iro 60 stone chips. If the car had been delivered clean and I was able to see the condition of the paintwork, I would have rejected it. Lexus Hulls' solution was to send me a touch up pen - I declined and said it needed a respray. They refused but organised for my local Lexus dealership to repair the stone chips - they did a truly shocking job with large blobs of paint put onto (a selection) of small chips. I emailed Lexus Hull with photos who then washed their hands of me, saying there was nothing more they could do. I wrote to Head Office complaining and a suddenly a respray was offered. However, Lexus Hull then refused to supply me with a courtesy car for the 3-4 days I would be without my car. Yet again I had to contact Head Office and a courtesy car was provided. 4 months after delivery, the bonnet and bumper were resprayed and the car finally looks at it should have done, when delivered. It was a terrible experience having my RX stolen. Having been a loyal Lexus customer for the past 15 years, I did not anticipate buying a replacement car from Lexus Hull, to also be a terrible experience.

I visited Lexus Hull and was delighted with the welcome I received. Upon entering the showroom Julie made me feel so welcome, I was offered refreshments. I felt I was with family. Thank you Lexus for making my visit a pleasant one and one I will not forget.
