Oliver and the team were very welcoming. Its an absolute delight visiting Lexus Hull anytime even if just to say hello and have a coffee. The Lexus Hosts Julie, Lisa & Kieren do a fantastic job welcoming you into the dealership. Julie in particular took the time to talk to us over our coffee. Thanks to Paul for the test drive. I came to the dealership with a friend. I must say Julie the Lexus host was fabulous and very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble., so very nice to see a smiling face and very professional. The staff at Lexus Hull are most helpful and I will certainly be visiting again and I will certainly recommend Lexus to my friends and family.
Travelled down from Scotland for after being assured of its condition. It took until day before arriving that the car was Lexus Approved and there would be breakdown cover etc attached . Car had 150 point check that highlighted faults but was advised faults were fixed or would be “ok”. Upon arrival car indicator full of water and had been “missed” , no paperwork for breakdown cover but a telephone number supplied that turned out to be wrong. Once home car booked into dealership as no windscreen washer fluid getting through to screen , this had been noted as a choked jet on 150 check but dealership confirmed faulty pump that had been opened but not replaced. Windscreen wipers hadn’t been changed but had been noted on 150 check . Car was put out without getting repairs it should have had before being handed over , had to drive for 2 weeks without screen wash . Further faults now on car and after contacting warranty number advised it was RAC warranty line , Lexus have now confirmed my warranty and dealership now assisting but as of yet not repaired . Lexus customer service was expected not back street garage

Had my aircon examined and regassed at Lexus Hull, a really top notch customer service experience. From making the phone call to book in to the excellent coffee while I waited they are first class. I am not a regular customer, just didn't trust other garages to work on my 17 year old Lexus hybrid car. Everything was explained well and the price wasn't bad either. The people working there couldn't be nicer or more helpful. 10/10.
