Second time I tried to book tests drive for EV and turned in to nightmare. Back on 2021-2022 I book test drive I arrived at the appointment date and time and I was refused to do it so. Now again I tried to book test drive for EV9 and turned in to a nightmare in the last 2-3 weeks. I don't want to imagine my self putting in to £93, 000 depth and having such a rude treatment as customer. Definitely I would rather stay away from this dealership!!!!!
I booked my car into Hummingbird for my Kia Nero Ev, it needed new safety belts and there was an alert on the dashboard to do with cameras. The first time it went in they didn't fit the new belts they told me that would order them and they couldn't see a fault with the sensors. The second time it went in, they said they would not order the belts and that they ran a diagnostic on the camera issue and they couldn't see a problem so would need further investigation. I ordered and paid for the belts then and there and they were to notify me when they were in, over a month passed and I heard nothing so I contacted them again and was told no belts had been ordered as I hadn't paid - I then sent them a copy of the invoice showing it had been paid. They finally ordered the parts. They called when the parts were in to arrange for the car to go in, a further month later, I reminded him that it would still need to be reassessed re the sensor issue and he should look through the notes. I took the car in yesterday and they said no problem the belts were in, I reminded them again to check the sensor issue, which the guy didn't know about but I told him to check his notes - I left the car and they called a few hours later to say the belts were fitted and I could collect the car. I said what about the sensor issue, he said what issue? he looked through the notes and said his colleague would check and come back to me - he was very rude. They finally called and said that the car needed a diagnostic check (which it had last night but he didn't see notes on it) and if they wouldn't find the problem, they would have to start taking the bumper off to see what they could find and they would charge me per hour - I told them to spend the first hour looking and then come back to me - they didn't - I called a few more times and each time the guy didn't understand the issue - finally they came back to me to say the car wasn't even in the workshop yet and they would have to keep the car overnight. Finally today they called to say that two parking sensors were damaged and that they would need to take the bumper off to repair them, it wasn't covered under the warranty because I had had an accident. I had not. I have taken the car back and will get another dealer to look at it.

Wanted a new Kia Niro Hev, couldn't have asked for a better service! Abbas Essaji, your customer service and product knowledge was amazing but also the detail to customer care was second to non! Been a long term customer and am still amazed at just how you keep your customer service at such a high level! Abbas Essaji thank you!
I would not try to dissuade anyone from buying a Kia. I myself have owned one for the last 5 years. However I would seriously recommend you avoiding dealing with Kia hummingbird motors - Edgware Rd branch , specifically their service department. Despite my car still being under warranty, not only was my issue not dealt with, but I then had deal with Charles who introduced himself as the General Manager, who was rude and aggressive from the start, setting a fine example to the rest of the staff in how to treat their customers. My advice - save yourself any future aggravation by going to an alternative Kia Motors dealership.

I booked a test drive for an EV6, as one of my friends had already placed an order for the same car. I booked my interest online and I was called back by Sanjay to arrange a test drive. On the day as I was on my way for the test drive, there was traffic on the motorway and I was going to be 10/15 minutes late, I called the customer service and told them I'll be 20-30 minutes and to ask Sanjay if I can still come in for the test drive as I didn't want to waste their's and my time. After being put on hold for 5 minutes, I was told that the she had checked with Sanjay and that it would be ok for me to come. I got there 23 minutes late in the end, I asked for Sanjay and I was told he'd be called, he came about 10 minutes later. He asked me to sit down and went through the financial aspects of the car, I told him that a friend of mine (who was also accompanying me) had already placed an order a week back so I was aware of all the figures however Sanjay still went ahead, took my details to print workout a quote, we talked for good half an hour and then in the end I was asked, what do I wanna do? If I want to go ahead with the order? I was gobsmacked. I asked what about the test drive? I was then told that because I was late I couldn't go on a test drive. I had to remind him that I had specifically come for a test drive to which he replied that I could go to another Kia for a test drive and place a order with him after that. I then asked if I could at least sit in the car and have a look inside. To which I was told that oh sorry that is a customer's car and it is locked (it was unlocked when intially got there and when I was waiting for him, but I didn't have a look inside then because I thought I was going to take it for a test drive anyway). A week later today, I get a call from Sanjay asking me what have I thought about the car?!! What could I think of a £50k car which I haven't gotten to drive? He kept arguing that it was my fault for being late and totally denied that I had called before I went in to ask if it was going to be ok for me to come even though I was running late. He kept saying that I was late, even though we sat down for over half an hour and he also took over 10 minutes to show up. The customer service from this branch of Kia has been extremely poor, especially from Sanjay who kept arguing that I was late but also wasted my whole day and almost an hour at the branch by just explaining the cost of the car, which I was already aware of. I hope people take this review into consideration before looking to go ahead with this branch.

Pathetic customer service, they entered my wrong name and address in the system due to which my finance loan got rejected and effected by credit history when my credit history is excellent, their staff cant even enter details correctly onto the system, i will be complaining for kia humming board to consumer rights about this and taking this further
