I took delivery of a new Korando just over two weeks ago. Contacted the dealership instantly to advise hands free phone system didn’t appear to be working. Problem still not resolved. After sales service is nonexistent! Giving them until Friday 16 December to resolve problem. If not car will be returned as not fit for purpose,!!! Another point: 6 o’clock the day before I was due to take deliver I was called to say there was a discrepancy with the invoice/sales contact and that I had to pay more money First time I drove the car I found a bit on the drivers side floor. Apparently this was a paddle from the steering wheel. How did it leave the Distributor without being fully checked?? All in all, as you can probably tell, I am slightly P****d

A sales man when he was trying to selling his car was very helpful with adding all lies including as I ask him is this outlander diesel is ok for ulez(ultra low emission zone ) which is running in London . He said he is well aware of it and all ok. When I checked it wasn’t suitable for this(ulez). I asked refund of my deposit of £500 and I’m refused to give refund. Very poor and low level of service I was providing. When I told him that you misled me then he went I must have misunderstood him. I’d tell people keep away from them they are not worth investing any penny. Awful. I wouldn’t even give Humphries & Parks Mitsubishi one star if I had a choice.

As the title says. v40 15 plate showed 23k miles in dashboard, Shown paperwork from the in-house service at Humphries & Parks Mitsubishi, said 72. Got home & called to say car was sold. Yea right.

Didn't PDI, poor customer service, having to pay for numerous faults out of my own pocket as dealer avoids contact and warranty completely worthless. Literally the worst dealer experience I've ever had.
