This must be the worst dealership in the country . Having 2 x Vogue RR already and wanting to replace one for a new one. Over a period of 1 week not once has there been face to face communication with the sales man who was attempt to sell us a car . Trying to part with 130K of money is impossible within this branch . Joe is impossible to see. even having gone to the dealership in person to see him x2 . Instead emailing from his office whilst Im sitting in the dealership . No front desk staff to welcome you and waiting 20 minutes before anyone acknowledging me . Having scrolled through the internet myself and found a suitable brand new RR to purchase ,Norwich branch still are unable to assist . What does it actually take to purchase a car from this completely incompetent dealership ? . It is totally shambolic. Via e mail not face to face communication whilst sitting in the Norwich dealership I was informed the car I wanted to purchase had sold , however on the main website the car is available and having phone the dealership direct myself to check I was informed it was still available .Joe continually is incapable of selling a car. Clearly the establishment has never improved since I last had dealings with them .

I was made to wait for 30 minutes simply to sign a form to drop my car off when it was already booked in online. 2 days later when we collected the car they had forgotten to valet it too. Very disappointing. I complained directly via customer services and I have heard nothing back other than the normal automated response.
Had a very helpful sales person (Daniel Mackay) who arranged test drives for us. Very polite and courteous.

We purchased a car from the main dealer expecting to have purchased a car that was approved and that we would not have issues with however in total we have not had our car for over 100 days in the 12 months of owning it. Our car is still with Norwich which we left it in February and it is now June. The car had multiple issue one being fumes being pumped into the car, there were several attempts to resolve this however they kept not sorting and resulted in us with our children breathing in the fumes, we now rejecting the car, no apology no empathy avoid this dealer..
I have had Landrovers for over twenty five years and have used dealerships from Derbyshire to Hampshire for services etc, I have used this dealership three times never again. First time was 2020 service said my Range Rover needed a computer update when I got my Range Rover back my sat nav and other items was not working I range Inchcape who asked me to take it back in two weeks time I refused and wanted this rectifying immediately they did but we did not get our Range Rover back until 7pm shocking. Last year everything was OK. This year booked the RangeRover in for a service and told them our aircon was not working properly we also asked for a courtesy car 🚗 as normal this was early May for the 21st of June hen we arrived we was told that they had no courtesy cars available but the would get us a cab back to Cromer and back we agreed, at 11.48 that day we received a call stating that they would need to take our bumper of to fix the air conditioning at over £300 I agreed heard nothing the rest of the day, range Inchcape at about 5pm was told this would not be fixed today but would get the car in first thing. I had a look at my intouch app at 1pm my Range Rover had not been moved since 11.48 the previous day I was not happy rang Inchcape to be told the person that deals with air conditioning had phoned in sick? They still have my car I have no vehicle no communication from them and I have to return back to Derbyshire to my mothers funeral next week I will never use these people again absolutely disgusting.
Bought a brand new £120k car at end of 2020. Service from salesman dreadful. Who knew that you could disregard a sale of £120k during COVID times?! Speechless tbh! After sales just as bad. Car has been nothing but problematic since. No return of calls from Head of Sales (J Hudson). Absolute joke. They take your money and provide zero customer care. Don't waste your time. Worse than 'Bodge It & Scarper' roadside car sales. A dreadful JLR franchise! Worst British car manufacturer's advert ever - FACT!
Bought online, car had incorrect wing mirror, broken demister, knocking and scraping noises due to anti-rollbar/CV joint issues, damaged trim, damaged seat belts, faulty rear camera, creaking suspension and even mud and dog hairs inside... worse than buying from a dodgy dealer yet sales person had assured me how immaculate the car was of course! To cap it all Inchcape Norwich refused to accept my statutory right to return (!) and charged me hundreds of pounds to collect the car. Head of Dealership completely ignored my emails too. Would never recommend to *anyone* - 0/5 for car, 0/5 for service!

Poor service and cancel warranty work presumably because they aren't able to rip people off.
Inscape Land In Norwich My advice is to stay clear once they’ve had your money they really don’t care Had a problem with my car Called them and was told to bring it straight up drove an hour to get there for them to look at it and say you’re right followed by an hour drive home they said they couldn’t fit the car in for two months I agreed with a condition I had a courtesy car as I need to get home as I run my own business Day before I was due to drop the car off at 10 to 5 I receive a phone call telling me there is no courtesy car is available And it’s not their fault well it’s certainly not mine all I can do is sit there and wait for it to be done which I replied will it definitely be done tomorrow response don’t know really is not good enough service Why on earth did they not look at the car the first time so they could order the bits and get the car sorted
