I contacted Land Rover Norwich regarding an approved used Discovery for my husband. Right from the first point of contact, the initial phone enquiry, this being so important for any business, and right through the process that followed, the service we received was second to none. This was provided by our salesman Jonny Hudson, who definitely went that extra mile for us. We travelled 180 miles to view the stunning Land Rover, which my husband knew when he saw it was the one for him. When we arrived Jonny made us feel so at ease, with his lovely disposition, and kindness. We felt so valued. He is a credit to the company. The whole experience was so nice, we've even recommended our brother in law to use Jonny, should he decide to change his vehicle., despite the distance. Would highly recommend anyone looking at buying an approved used Land Rover to use Inchcape Norwich.
