So my car had to go in for an important security update, that important it took 6 weeks to get the appointment, then they draw on all my tyres, FFS either wash it off or use your brain and write on the inside of the tyre. It's called common sense....

TOOK CAR IN WAS CHARGED £145 TO DIAGNOSE. HOWEVER, THEY COULD NO DIAGNOSE AS COMPUTER COULD NOT COMMUNICATE WITH CAR. TOOK CAR TO ANOTHER LANDROVER GARAGE THEY TEST DROVE DIAGNOSED AND REWPAIRED UNDER WARRNTY. TO ADD INSULT I HAVE MADE 6 ATTEMPTS TO GET JLR PRESTON TO CONTACT ME .NOTING BACK!!!! ARROGANT COULD NOT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF WOULD BE AN UNDERSTATEMENT.* LIARS CHEATS AND THEIVES. I HAVE DOCUMENTARY PROOF IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE EVIDENCE
Callum and Sean of the parts department fitted new wiper blades. In itself a simple job for them but they were efficient, polite and speedy and treated the task with as much care as if it had been a much larger job more worthy of their skills.

You spend 1200 for an engine that landrover makes with a fault on.so why spend your own money when it's there fault and when you conplain they just say we will ban your car and take it some where else so I think make them all redundant
If I could give a No Star review, I would. Apart from our Service coordinator, Hannah, it would appear that there is little competence at Jaguar Preston. My Jaguar XF is 10 years old but has only done 47000 miles. The car was taken into the repair shop on 24th March 2022 for an electrical fault. 6 weeks later, the car is still in the workshop and is likely to stay there for the foreseeable future. Disgraceful! What is worse, in my opinion, is that no senior manager has called to explain, leaving Hannah to suffer my ire on her own. No doubt the repair bill will be astronomical.

This was our first jaguar purchase and won't be our last. From going to view our XE on the Friday...to driving it home the following Thursday...the service was top notch... Few blemishes etc we found were sorted...all paperwork and phonecalls were dealt with very professionally. The salesman Scott was brilliant Could not fault anything Lovely friendly environment Highly recommended

Covid19 lockdown rules make you trust the dealer and the salesman more than ever. Martin Collins help us through the buying process, making it easy and with the minimum of stress. The Jaguar 30 day acceptance the 12 months warranty and the free Jaguar assist gave us the conference to trust and confidence to BUY. We would recommend there helpful friendy service. Don't get me wrong, you need to be truthful with your part exchange and trust them to provide what they offer. If you do you will not be disappointed. to provide what they are offering you.

4 weeks ago Inchcape Preston damaged my vehicle. Even after accepting liability, still not repaired (body shop too busy)! Customer service extremely poor. When promising to call me back, never happens. Be warned. I would never use them again.

The worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Bought a used approved Jaguar XE on the basis that they provide a 165 point inspection prior to releasing a car. Picked it up and noticed none of the paintwork chips had been repaired as agreed. The rear car seat belts were covered in mud, plastic fascia screw caps missing and the gear knob is flaking sharp plastic. Assured by Inchcape that they would send someone to collect and put this right. After a couple of days of owning the car I realised it was terrible in the snow, bought 5 new wheels with winter tyres to discover that the tyres it was sold with, were at just above the legal limit. All this logged with Inchcape but no news on getting it fixed. A couple of weeks later the car won't select gear, call Jaguar assist, they come out and have it towed to Farnell. Farnell check the car and find brake fluid is empty, the rear brake discs are corroded and the brake pads are at the minimum. Still no reply from Inchcape. Avoid at all costs, they look the real deal with the multimillion £ dealership, but in reality they're about as professional as a dodgy used dealer selling out of a park and ride. I wouldn't even have given them the one star if it would've let me.

Dreadful customer service, kept waiting for over hour despite being told car was ready to collect, on another occasion courtesy car booked then not available, advised by service staff to get the bus.
