Had a jaguar f pace air conditioning radiator replacement after 3 months after warenty told to bring courtesy car back before mine is ready I said no they said if you don’t we will put my car out side with all it’s parts and leave it and phone police to say I have stolen the car then 3 months later had a leaking in on front floor they said bring it in in three weeks it is terrible place I have sold the car now on got a bmw never again landrover

Do not ever come here. Messed up on my service 4 TIMES. No service manager to speak to. Spoke to someone called Helen who advised Head of business was “too busy” to speak to. Lovely showroom but ends there.
service is ridiculous. 4th time in a row I’ve had an issue. Couldn’t even bring out a manager to speak to. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, YOU WILL BE LEFT DISAPPOINTED !! Never had worst experience
awful service. Staff were friendly however waited over an hour just to collect my car. asked to speak to head of business - Paul Coleman Smith who was wouldn’t face us. DO NOT COME HERE
Shocking experience from Land Rover Preston. Purchased a car from here. Drove from London to collect car and car wasn’t ready had to wait few hours as they had “forgotten to service it”. On my long drive home the car was shaking and juddering all over the place. This is 2019 Range Rover vogue with 8k miles 😳. Since then it’s been almost 4 months since I’ve had this car and the salesman doesn’t answer my calls. I’ve sent him numerous emails and calls to dealership but doesn’t return my calls. Typical!! They try to run away from their problems. When they want your business I couldn’t get him of my phone, kept calling me to get a deal done and now I have a problem he’s nowhere to be seen! Salesman of year award goes to (drumroll)......SCOTT WILSON!!! Please don’t deal with this dealership. I didn’t want to write this but I had told them get him to call me and sort out the issues with my car within a week or I will be leaving a bad review but I still haven’t heard back from him so here we are.
Car supposed to be in for warranty repair again today. Received text to say unfortunately no courtesy car available despite it being booked 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately over the years, particularly since it moved to its brand new site, the service department for Landrover Preston has become a joke. To make matters worse we also have a Jaguar too and it appears that the service department for this is just as bad.
I first bought a car of Katie two years ago, I was promised servicing and mot and new alloys I picked the car up in a state they also offered a free valet i was told to come back a few weeks later where my car was in for over 3 weeks waiting on service mot and valet i picked it up it was still dirty had a huge scratch down the side and no new alloys i left the car with them yet another 2/3 weeks and finally it had been done - although the boot was still dirty and the valeting had been done to a very poor standard they agreed to get the scratch fixed after me complaining numerous amount of tomes! I wanted to up grade after around a year and a half - 2 years witch she said I could when I bought my first car with no extra cost after being in touch for a few months and blatantly being palmed off numerous amount of times! Katie told me the only car i could have was a black manual they had in it was a basic model with no extras! they told me it was £3000 in and 690 at first miraculously they dropped to 450 per month and 3000 in i didn't want black i also wanted a sun roof she said if i wanted a white one ordered it would be £2000 extra she hurried of left me to sign a fiancé agreement and leave a deposit she tod me i wouldn't get anything else ad this is the best i will ever get and said to bring it back i two years time again! she moved on to her next customers and left me with a man who had the paper in front of me telling me to sign...…. i did some research as felt really pressured in to putting a deposit down on this vehicle that i didn't even want! i found a lovely company in Manchester who was pleasant and understanding and did the car for allot cheaper in-fact 3600 cheaper! i got the white car with a sun roof and a tow bar instead of the standard one Katie so badly wanted to go. she then became arsey over text to me making comments why did I go and look after we made a deal, on top of saying i told you it would take 5 working days for your deposit 2 weeks have gone by and I still haven't received my 1000 back I'm so annoyed and disappointed with this company
I have an XE which has a repeated 'incorrect diesel fluid quality light' come on. And then a second warning which says the car will cut out after 515 miles. It's been in twice for repair now. Twice it has been failed to be corrected. Lots of other drivers appear to be having the same issue, and Jaguar appear not to know how to resolve the issue. The first time, they left me more than £400 out of pocket because they didn't follow my warranty firm's protocol and carried out a (failed) repair without getting the work signed off first. They also wanted me to continue to pay £250 diagnostics fee when the car comes in for repairs on the issue, despite failing twice to resolve the problem. The car has now had more than £1,000 worth of work completed, and I have a car whose light comes on repeatedly. Inchcape Preston has now informed me to go elsewhere and to take the complaint to an ombudsman.

A great experience and that was predominantly down to the thoroughness of Kelly’s work. She was incredibly professional and personable throughout and always went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we could possibly need. Kelly is an absolute great representation of the brand and the garage and I’ll be certainly recommending the garage purely due to the service received by Kelly. The car is obviously an added bonus too. . Thank you Land Rover Preston.

Had another appointment at Land Rover Preston for service only to get there for them to tell me I wasn’t booked in even though had an email confirmation. Girl who dealt with me was called Emily who was wearing an extremely short shirt - who had a colleague who was wearing an even short skirt, Megan? Made the place look like something else not a dealership!
