I'm not a review writer but the experience i had with this company prompted me to take the time to warn others. I ordered a car online from their Range Rover approved vehicles, and deposited 1000 pounds to secure a 3 year old Range Rover Evoque as a cash buyer. 3 days before we were to test drive and collect the car i was called to be told they had sold the car to someone else...the manager made some ridiculous excuse about a computer error saying the car advertised had already been sold before i secured it, but assured me he would find me an equivalent or better car for the same price. i called twice daily for a week and he didn't even take my calls or call me back so finally i told them to refund my deposit due to the appalling service....3 weeks later and I'm still trying to get my deposit back.... worse customer service I've ever experienced.
