Very flashy place, appears to be all singing and dancing. Ends there though. Very impersonal and inefficient. Just hope that your car doesn't need a warranty repair. Car has been serviced by them every year. Quoted over 3 weeks waiting time to get it worked on under warranty and over 8 weeks if you require a courtesy car. Unbelievable! Not good at all. Phoned another Jaguar dealer - result. 1 week wait with a courtesy car. Get your act together. But from Land Rover Preston at your peril.

great service from us going in skye made sure all the questions were answered and she was really friendly.
Excellent service from enquiry stage to collecting our new car. Matt Robertson even picked us from Preston train station. Nothing was too much trouble. All explained in great detail to us. Can’t recommend Inchcape Land Rover in Preston enough.

Given incorrect information prior to purchase of the E pace ie that heated seats could be fitted without invalidating the warrantee. Bought vehicle end of March '18. Air conditioning didn't work, unit had to be replaced in April '18. Had numerous electrical problems with the car plus the tailgate shutting when not pressed, reversing camera not going off so consul couldn't be used, warning lights on dashboard, message to select speed when I haven't ever used the cruise control etc etc etc . Jan '19 heater not working. 33 diagnostic faults found. Wanted to reject the car, would have had a later model so that there weren't so many teething problems or updates required, but told that I would have to pay an extra £11,000. Inchcape were supposed to have fixed the issues. Tailgate still shutting on its own and several weeks ago wouldn't shut, had to drive home with it open.. Still having warning messages on the dashboard regularly. Had an independent report in May '19 another 22 faults found and the saga continues. Be aware that Inchcape does NOT deal with the motor ombudsman Inchcape are the worst company that I have ever dealt with by far and they are NOT truthful and even sent out my personal details to another unhappy customer. No apology from Land Rover Preston, just arrogance.

We recently purchased a Range Rover Sport from Inchcape in Preston and cannot speak highly enough of the service we received from Scott. Nothing was too much trouble, he is a credit to the business, always had a smile on his face and provided us with lots of laughs, the biggest being that he is a Liverpool fan!!! I would highly recommend Scott and Inchcape without a doubt.

Called at Inchcape, Jaguar/Land Rover, Preston last Friday 26.7.19, by appointment, to discuss with sales person purchase of new Evoque. Prior to this date I have always given good reviews on my experience with Land Rover, having purchased 7 vehicles (Freelander, Discovery Sport & Evoque) Not so on this occasion. Following discussions on the part exchange value of my current vehicle, I was left with the impression that Ryan, the sales person appeared ‘dismissive’ of the whole procedure & kept having to leave me to deal with other matters. The discussions terminated with Ryan promising to E mail me with details of costings on the Evoque, that evening or the following day. I’m still waiting, not having heard anything from him. As previously stated, I have always been able to give good reviews of my experience with Land Rover, but not on this occasion. Very disappointing.

If you’re looking for looking for an outstanding customer experience go to inchcape Land Rover in Preston. We were fortunate to meet one of their sales representatives Skye. Her knowledge, attention to detail and wonderful warm engaging character meant that buying our new Velar really was a pleasure. She took time to explain all aspects of the vehicle, knew the features and benefits inside out and constantly went the extra mile.
Skye looked after ourselves so well when we attended Land Rover on the search for a new car, she was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She went that extra mile with ourselves and was even searching for cars for us on her day off. Unfortunately we didn't end up purchasing from Preston Land Rover due to finding a different car elsewhere, but we'll certainly be back in the future and couldn't recommend Skye enough. This girl deserves a promotion! Mike & Paul.

Twice my car was booked in for a service at Inchcape Land Rover Preston and received both emails and text to confirm this. Turned up for my service on the first occasion to be told my car wasn’t booked in and they couldn’t service it so I left with my car having to rebook it in. Turned up the second time to be told exactly the same again. What a shambles and no way to treat customers. Stay away unless you really need to go. Unfortunately I have to return again as I am on a service plan.
