Rubbish customer service at inchcape Land Rover Preston, I had a warped brake disc a on my 9 month old Range Rover Velar,they told me they could not replace it because my first service was the over 21,000 threshold, my car had done 21,022 miles, taking into account I rang 5 weeks earlier to book it in and this was the first appointment they could give me, my mileage at this time was 19,000. Absolute joke. DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!

We recently bought a range rover evoque from Land Rover Preston. Skye was our Sale's woman and she was extremely professional from start to finish. I was worried I was going to be very pressured to by a car that day (as I previously have been at other garages) and was treated with respect (which again I have previously not been). Skye knew exactly what we were looking for and helped us find our perfect car. She was calm and patient with us from start to finish which resulted in us putting a deposit on a car that very day without test driving it due to it being in another garage. Skye however did give us opportunity to test drive one of her colleagues car. Thank you so much Skye for all the help you gave us when choosing our dream car. My car was recovered 3 months ago, just received it back after requiring a new engine at 50k miles. Received it back and after two days it is back on the recovery truck with serious safety issues diagnosed I have hours upon hours trying to get through to the service section of this dealership. No one phones you back even if you ever get through. Still awaiting a call from Nick Grady the branch manager of Inchcape Land Rover in Preston who equally ignores calls.

My wife purchased a new range Rover Vogue from Inchcape Land Rover Preston. Despite the contractual obligation on them to settle the outstanding finance on my wife’s part exchanged BMW X1they have still not settle the finance on it after 5 weeks. We have now written formally making the complaint and if the response which I am certain it will not be , acceptable to us will refer the matter to the financial conduct a thorough C for a full and detailed investigation. Mr Mrs McCarthy.

THEY CANNOT BE BOTHERED IN TALKING TO YOU. THEY FOB YOU OFF WITH EXCUSESS. NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING .WILL NOT RING YOU BACK EVEN IF YOU ASK .VERY VERY POOR SERVICE.HAD MY SPORT IN FOR 11 WEEKS NOW AND STILL COMING UP WITH SO CALLED FAULTS .JUST INTERESTED IN TAKING YOUR MONEY.CUSTOMER CARE IN NONE.THEY WILL NOT LISTEN TO YOU. STRONGLY RECOMEND YOU TO KEEP WELL AWAY.
