I purchased an Audi with high hopes, lured by its reputation for performance and quality. However, my experience has been far less than satisfactory. Just a few days after bringing it home, I had to deal with some serious issues such as water leaking inside the car and the engine light unexpectedly coming on. I immediately took the car back to the dealership, expecting a quick and thorough resolution. However, it's been a stressful three weeks and unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any constructive progress. Despite numerous requests, they’ve neither been able to fix the problem, nor have they provided any sort of visual updates, like pictures or videos, on what work has been done or why the process is so delayed. The ordeal is made worse, as it's not just me but my two young children are also suffering, reliant as we are on this car. The lack of clear communication and action from Audi dealership has left me feeling let down and frustrated. Whilst I appreciate that issues do arise, what truly counts is how they are resolved. Unfortunately for me, my case seems to be stuck in a state of limbo, and I am left without a functioning car for my daily needs. I sincerely hope that Audi will consider my situation seriously and get my car back on the road as soon as possible. I believe in the brand and still hope they will uphold their reputation for quality service and customer satisfaction.

Back in April 2024 my partner & I bought our first car together from a cracking gentlemen in the sales team at Audi Huntingdon, Ryan. We loved it for a whole 2 months until we went away on holiday leaving our brand new car parked on the driveway, 3 days into our holiday we get a phone call to say our car had rolled across the street and into our neighbours car causing more damage to the neighbours car than ours! At first we thought the handbrake must have failed due to there being a gradient fall on the driveway meaning if the brake wasn't on for some reason it would have rolled in an instant. When we got back off our holiday we took it straight into Audi Huntingdon service team which where everybody seemed lovely but now nearly 4 weeks later our car still hasn't been returned to us and every day we phone up to say what's going on with our car they either say they are waiting on technical information or that no body is available to speak to us right now, which results in us telling them to give us a ring back when someone is free before the end of their working day. Not once have we ever received a phone call to say what is going on with out car or even what the obvious major problem was in the first place! I've had enough of constantly chasing with phone calls & emails on what the issue is with our brand new vehicle, when will we have it back?! No car should ever sit for a long period of time it is not good for the integrity of the car engine, I am now at the point where I shall be taking it further towards the ombudsman as the whole entire system ran by Audi service team is awful. This is no reflection on our sale of the vehicle as that procedure was outstanding we felt assured and confident in Audi that they would provide us an excellent service during our contract period with them. The sales team on the other hand needs tweaking urgently as I should not be left without my brand new vehicle for this long with no idea of what is truly going on and why my vehicle seemed to fail/fault into rolling backwards, luckily no children were playing down our road as that could have lead to a serious accident! I really hope I hear something soon. Would not recommend dealing with the service team at Audi Huntingdon ever!

The car I got from them is amazing solid I got fantastic customer service. They helped me with own finance company and due to issues caused by the finance company they delivered the car to my home a took my old one away fantastic service. But then when I had a good look at the car wheels there are two different types not an issue look a bit more they have them in different corners so still ok frustrating but ok easy mistake. I look at the brands Bridgestone's fantastic look and the other goodride wow a generic tyre not grate the car I got from them was TT £20k plus not a lot off money for a good car but it’s a lot to me. Fine all the tyres have good legal grip but to leave cheap tyres on a premium product is just crazy. And when I pointed it out to them they tell me because they are legally they are not willing to spend £800 on keeping a customer happy all they are willing to do is to rotate the tyres so both brands are on the same side wow fantastic service. You have lost one more customer

A warning to anyone who is thinking of buying a service plan from Audi. Don’t. Unless you are prepared to go through the small print with a very fine tooth comb. I paid for “peace of mind” two services up front. They failed to mention that if my car was sold or no longer mine (accident) that they do not refund the unused service cost nor will they transfer the service to another vehicle. In other words they have £450 of my money and say tough luck, the terms and conditions mean we don’t have to do a second service. This is after I bought two cars from this dealership in the last 4 months. Great going Huntingdon Audi. Feel proud of your customer service!

Where do I start with Huntingdon Audi? Blatantly lied to by sales staff, sales manager arguing with me when I complain and trying to dodge fixing problems with my new car. Then there's the service department - they break some interior trim and try to claim they didn't do it; always keep me waiting around whilst they all sit around chit chatting. Fail to follow simple instructions, such as don't wash my car (they wash it and of course, scratch the paintwork), don't adjust the seat (they change every single setting), etc. They even replaced my wiper blades and then tried to charge me - the car was six months old at the time and there was nothing wrong with the wipers. I refuse to pay and then end up having one of their service guys refusing to give me my keys. When I complain, again, poor attitude and zero customer service. I tell everyone I know not to use Huntingdon Audi, which has so far cost them £300,000 in new car sales, as these are friends who've bought their cars elsewhere on the back of my experience. I even got both my Audi's serviced at an independent after the poor service from Huntingdon and only then found out they had been grossly over charging me for servicing. AVOID!
Overall the car I have bought is fantastic, I got it for a good price and everything on the dealers and was exceptional and I was very happy. I am however taking a mark off as they arranged to have my windscreen replaced at my home and the firm that they arranged to carry out the replacement had chipped some paint on the car, out of principle I requested Huntingdon Audi to rectify it, which would have been as simple as them sending me a touch up kit in the post which they agreed to do but unfortunately never followed through with. Apart from this they were great, it just takes the shine off the experience really.
