Bought a focus from Hut Green Garage last year, no issues with car other than heater fan motor would only go 1 speed.sorted for collection and car has been fine since other than battery failed 6 month after purchase but can happen on any car. Found the whole buying experience underwhelming and got impression they werent bothered if i bought a car or not.it was a case of handing over the ££ heres the car,goodbye. I maybe got lucky with car but probably due to customer service level compared with other local dealers Id not buy from Hut Green in future

Went with my daughter who had just passed her test and was looking at buying a car. Spoke to a young lady at Hut Green Garage and asked to look inside a few cars so she could get a feel for them. After looking at the first car and deciding it was not for her spoke again to the young lady to get some keys for another one and she spoke to an older lady who said that we could not look in them if we wanted to look there was plenty of pictures on the web site. What a joke the cars are there to look at but it seems we were not allowed. The joke is on you as the same day we bought a car elsewhere and I would never use you again. Want to get some customer service skills. The positive reviews that you have got on here is probably friends and family as I live in Eggborough and after telling a few people a lot of people who live in the village would not recommend and have said the older lady there is terrible.

I purchased my Clio Gordini from Hut Green Garage, not happy paid full amount by card and got car collected as I live in n/ ireland car not cleaned inside or out was not enough petrol in to get it the 19 miles home. Also 2 different size tyres 17" on front 16" on back nothing in the boot for tyre repair should you get a puncture. Was told by ( Trish) there was a couple off marks on alloys three off the rims were trashed to repair £60 pre wheel. it's true you should never buy without seeing what your getting or in my case NOT getting.
