I bought a Dacia from this garage a couple of months back. The car is very nice and It was a very good price. The salesmen were all very nice and helpful. The only problem was that it look a while to get my deposit back but it was all sorted out eventually. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

BE AWARE OF SHODDY PRACTICE! We purchased our Honda CRV from Hylton Worcester last February and despite many promises they would post the new MOT, this did not arrive. During December when organising paperwork for the following year we realised this had never been received, In fact they did not MOT the vehicle as promised and the existing one expired in May. Being lied to was not the service I expect from a representative of Renault.
Hylton were wonderful, they sorted all the paperwork out for me so I didn't really have to do anything other than sit there and sign a few things. They were very helpful from beginning to end and I'm very happy with my new car.

no contact from sales 2 months after placing order. Car arrived, wrong spec!! They didn't cancel the finance so I was expected to pay for a vehicle I didn't have!! Staff need thorough training in procedures and communication. No level of customer service at all. Took 4 weeks for them to cancel the finance after my persistence that they do so. My advice would be to go elsewhere. What does concern me is they target people over a certain age for loyalty custom. Go elsewhere it will be less stressful and every possibility you will get the car you ordered.
Spec of car ordered was not what arrived, bad chips on paintwork, car not ready for collection even though they said it was, problems taxing it, fuel was well into reserve and they refused to put even a litre of fuel in it, in spite of a car "health check" both renault cards needed new batteries, reversing sensors they fitted failed after 3 weeks, after one month the warranty still hasn't arrived (they have sold me an AA *** warranty instead of an AA ***** warranty), if this was the last car dealer in the UK I would have to buy abroad rather than use them again!
