My father and I opted for Hynes Motors due to its renowned status as a long-standing family-run business. While scouring Used Cars NI for a VW Polo, Hynes Motors stood out for their exceptional customer service when we reached out. Both Chris and Conrad were outstanding in keeping us informed every step of the way - we never had to request information; it was readily available, which meant a great deal to us. I'm thoroughly enjoying my new Polo, and commuting to work has become a pleasure since picking it up. Without a doubt, this has been a five-star experience!

Hynes Motors are our local dealership, however having said that, this is the first time we've purchased not one, but two cars from them. My husband & I were both in the market for a pair of Audi A3's, and Hynes had a great selection advertised on Used Cars NI. The staff at the dealership were grand & made us feel really welcome. The cars were prepped to a really high standard and we've had no issues whatsoever.
