Paid holding deposit last Wednesday on Hyundai i30 N for sale at West Riding Salford. Spoke to Benji on Thursday to arrange a viewing. He couldn't access details as he was not at his desk. Friday Paul rang me back to say that the car had been sold for over a week and was awaiting collection. When I asked for my deposit back he replied that it would be automatically refunded after seven days. i look forward to seeing if this is correct. Not at all impressed, but relieved that I didn't waste a return journey from North Wales. Star rating for car description and value for money only based on pictures of the vehicle as I've not been able to view the actual car.

My third time buying a car here and I’ve always experienced great customer service…I’ve always dealt with Andrew Beckett and never had a problem at all…I’ve dealt with other main dealerships before and they are not a patch on Hyundai customer services I would highly recommend…but I suppose it’s who you get…..ask for Andrew and you won’t be disappointed 💯%
The biggest mistake I have ever made was buying a used car from this outfit. If I wanted this this type of experience I could have bought the same car from a car auction.

After having a minor warranty repair on tailgate of car, west riding after having it back 5 times have ruined it beyond repair,leaving peeling paint, bad colour match. Refusing to accept responsibility despite hyundai uk agreeing its a bad repair. Have rejected the vehicle and still having difficulties despite help from hyundai uk and finance company. Attitude of sales director is disgusting, bad dealership, terrible service, no communication.

Purchased a new i10 from West Riding Manchester. This was by far the best experience I have received while at a car dealership. My sales person James was excellent, not too push and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.
