After 5 terrible attempts at buying a Touareg from disinterested, dishonourable and down right dishonest used car establishments, it was a breath of fresh ait to chance upon Ian Kinsey. The car I went to see, was presented in immaculate order (set against a back drop of un cleaned and smelly cars) and living up to every detail of Ian's written and spoken description. It was a forgone conclusion when I set eyes on the VW that I was driving it home that day. A+ and excellent in every sense. 100% would recommend Ian to anyone seeking a quality used vehicle.

Differentiating factors include enhanced search done on every vehicle, requesting I pick it up a bit later so it can be serviced and valeted again that day, providing a very professional looking environment to do the paperwork at his beautiful home, and generally conveying passion for his trade without BS. We purchased a BMW Z4 from Ian recently that was just what we wanted and was exactly as described in the advert. To be honest I have only ever bought from a forecourt dealer in the past so was a little wary when arriving at Ian's address. I need not have worried, Ian's knowledgable and relaxed manner very quickly put me at ease and dispelled any fears. In fact any issues were on my side as i wasn't able to leave him a deposit. No problem, Ian very obligingly held the car for me on trust of my word even though he had other prospects waiting for me to fall. Apart from one very minor issue with an errant warning light (now resolved) that Ian pointed out to us and offered to sort out the car is amazing and we have re-found our youth charging around the North West countryside.
