Any dealer who wants a £300 non refundable deposit to hold a car whilst booking an AA inspection is no good as far as I’m concerned. ICars told me the money would be non refundable even if the inspection came back that the car was in a bad way and shouldn’t be purchased.

Dear Holly We only take non refundable deposit to hold the car if customer is satisfied and wants to go ahead with the sale after a test drive. In case of AA INSPECTION OUR COMPANY POLICY IS NOT TO TAKE ANY DEPOSIT AT ALL as customer is free to decide to go ahead with purchase after the inspection is done. I believe you must have spoken with some other dealerships with similar names as no one in last few months called our dealership to have an AA inspection on any car,although we have few RAC inspections in last few months. Please note that all of our vehicles comes with FREE 06 MONTHS PARTS AND LABOUR NATIONWIDE WARRANTY( unless specified in ad) as we believe in providing reliable motors to our valued customers.
Fabulous place to buy. Great selection of cars, no hard sell or pressure. Really nice guy, I was able to ask ‘idiot’ questions about the car with no fear of made fun or I was being palmed off with some old banger. Paper work sorted there and then, able to drive away the same day and will full reassurance that if I needed to check anything to just call.
A true gentleman, smooth process, Malik was very helpful and explained everything and I am happy to have purchased my car from them. I paid deposit with out viewing the car with some hesitation of previous bad experience.I picked up the car after one week and really happy and satisfied that I used iCars. Will definitely use again and recommend.

I bought a Honda from Icars back in April. Everything was sorted really easily as quickly, I was very pleasantly surprised! The car was in really good condition and I think I payed a good fair price for it. The sales team were really helpful. I would recommend this dealership.
