We bought a lovely little convertible of these chaps it wasn't expensive , we were disappointed regarding issues with the log book and these chaps never returning phone calls and as yet we still have no log book two months down the line , dealing with it ourselves because dvla confirmed no paperwork every received from ideal cars. I bought a BMW 120D cabrio 2013 reg early December 2021, drove it home from Nottingham to North Hampshire and thereafter to Cornwall and back. This is an excellent car that at 55k mileage is effectively brand new at 1/4 the price it cost new (taking inflation into account). The service provided by Tom the salesman was spot on he even notified me that the 2nd key fob was showing a yellow battery warning that would probably go away after driving for a bit which it did. Ideal are serious car dealers that specialize in low mileage, high end vehicles that is evident when taking a tour of their storage facilities.

Bought a car, wheel nearly fell off when driving. First they said they don’t touch wheels, someone else then said they did. The wrong bolts were on the alloys, took blame initially for the wrong bolts but then once realised the alloy and hub had been mis shaped due to this (costing me £1100) they refused to pay and said this wasn’t their fault. Absolutely disgraceful to deal with. I emailed a formal complaint and didn’t even have the audacity to respond. We will be going to the local papers and all social media platforms now to expose this company. DO NOT BUY ANY CARS FROM HERE!!!!

I bought a faulty car from them, the problem surfaced a month after the purchase and I'm still chasing them, a year later (!!!) to have it fixed or returned!! They ignore every single approach. Avoid them for your own good
