Blows his own trumpet over and over. In reality, as soon as he got hold of my elderly fathers phone number, he kept pestering him. My father asked him if he could deal with me directly. I sent him several messages regarding the car we were interested in, as I prefer things in writing and not verbally over the phone. He then blanked me on three separate occasions. I think this seller doesn't like dealing with people who like to do thorough checks on a vehicle before, but is happy to deal with the elderly as he thinks they can be easily manipulated. I will be using a dealer who has the manners to reply to my questions and certainly will be giving this dealer a wide berth in future.

This doesn't sound like the same garage to me. The owner and his wife looked after us very well and delivered the car to us the same day when we told him we needed it quick.
IJC Car Sales is the most rotten car dealer in the uk, don't believe a word of what his adverts say and the few good reviews were probably written by his family. No one writes sloppy pathetic reviews like them..Go elsewhere and get far better service and deals

IJC do not know, have not met or have never had contact with this reviewer. IJC currently have 100% 5 star reviews (Which is 100%!) on Autotrader written by customers who have purchased from us. Bought a car from IJC Car Sales very nice when buying the car but did not want to know when I thought I had a problem with. the petrol quage also just found out we have no computer in the car which should be there did not tell me this when we bought the car, so now it looks like I am going to be left with a hefty bill to put everything right . Will not be going to IJC again thanks quys

IJC have a zero tolerance to abusive customers. Unfortunately in this instance we were not able to resolve any problem as there was no problem. The issue was that from new all "adapted" wheelchair vehicles also have adapted fuel tanks to accommodate the adaption which does alter the fuel gauge read out. Customer was advised of this and would not accept this fact so became abusive to staff under recorded Cctv. Regards Team IJC
Purchased our new car from ijc car sales and I can honestly say it was the best car buying experience we have ever had. The whole team at ijc were fantastic and most importantly honest and straight to the point. The car we purchased was by far the best we had seen and presented impeccably in their showroom upon our arrival. I don’t normally review company’s but I truly believe ijc deserve the recognition and I genuinely wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

Couldn't fault IJC Car Sales at all the car we purchased was perfect and the staff were all excellent.
Absolutley disgusting the manager of IJC Car Sales does not know how provide customer service His attitude and arrogance is appalling! BE AWARE he put the phone down on me because I said I didn’t appreciate the tone and the way he was talking to me. He’s like dealing with a stroppy teenager manchild

IJC have a zero tolerance to abuse policy. Regrettably this was an abusive customer who we chose not to deal with and had no option to put the phone down due to foul language. IJC have proudly won several awards for "outstanding customer service"voted from Autotrader and were also voted as a "Top 5 best car car dealer in the Uk in 2017" out over 800 entries. What a delight to purchase our car from IJC Car Sales of Louth and yes I am a genuine purchaser writing a genuine review. We had a minor issue with tyre pressure warning popping up but we went back and they soon explained what was happening and showed us how to put it right. Extremely helpful. The only difficulty was picking the vehicle as there was such a choice.

Whilst looking for our new car we ent round many other dealers and when we found this one we found the whole experience to be completely different. It was laid back with no pressure at all the cars were very well presented nd we drove away same day ! IJC Car Sales is a fantastic garage with great staff.
