I had searched high and low for a Mazda MX5 in fantastic condition when I saw a spotless low mileage example advertised at Ilford Car Exchange. Unlike other dealers, Adam was very quick to respond to my initial enquiry and follow up questions. Upon viewing the car at Adams home it was exactly as described and I was wowed upon first laying eyes upon it. Adam was friendly, helpful, certainly not pushy and genuinely great to do business with. The free home delivery service was a massive bonus which made life a lot easier for me. Adam was also quick to answer a post delivery question I had regarding operation of the vehicle. 5* car, 5* service, 5* business operation and I can't speak more highly about Adam. I would certainly recommend his company to others and would have no hesitation whatsoever in purchasing from him again.

I brought a lovely Ford C Max from Adam at Ilford Car exchange and i am very pleased with it. Adam is very efficient, professional and helpful to deal with and l would highly recommend him to purchase your next car with. He was also happy to part exchange my old car and gave me a good price for it, a genuine dealer which are very hard to come by these days.

Spoke to Adam over the phone to book an appointment for viewing. He showed up with the car on time and allowed test drive without time limit. The paperwork was in order as described in the advert and dealing with him was easy and frank. He accepted my old car for part exchange too. We took the option for car delivery which was very useful. All in all a very smooth transaction. As a suggestion, it would be nice if he accepted card payments.

I purchased a Ford Galaxy from Adam earlier this month and would recommend him to anyone. The description of the car matched what we went to see. There was no hard sell or usual dealer pressure. Adam shows you the car and you decide. With delivery within the price we had no worries with arranging tax and insurance just to get it home. Especially as we could then run our old one till the end of the month. A pleasant buying experience all round.

Bought a Renault Clio today. Went to see and test drive this morning, put a deposit down, he took it to get a fresh MOT and valet, car was ready to pick up after work. Really impressed and was refreshing to find an honest salesman who sells top quality cars at fair prices. Very happy with the service, cheers!

I bought a Fiat 500 lounge from this dealer about 6 months ago. Apart from a problem with the CD player the car has been fantastic. The cd player developed a problem about 3 weeks after I bought the car. When I called Adam at Ilford car exchange he was very helpful and and found a place on the Internet local to me where I had it fixed. It cost about £80 to fix and Adam reimbursed me in full. Very pleasant and honest dealership

I can tell you this dealer is absolutely fantastic. I bought a lovely Ford Galaxy from Adam at Ilford Car Exchange . He had it advertised in the Autotrader and described it as pristine condition. It did look good in the pictures but don't they all? Despite being somewhat sceptical I went to see it and it was beautiful . Exactly as described and Adam was very helpful and professional. He was actually very easy going. We went for a test drive, and went through the paperwork etc in his office over a cup of coffee and struck a deal. The car was fully valeted and he got a new MOT done and delivered it to me 2 days later in Norwich which is exactly 100 miles from his business. He does free deliveries. I would 100% recommend this dealership.

I bought a Honda Civic from this dealer last April and have done 3,000 miles since with no problems at all. Found them very friendly and helpful. Would recommend them to anyone.

My experience with this dealer proves that he is 100% trustworthy. I bought a Vauxhall Zafira from him, it was a lovely car exactly as decribed in the auto trader advert. The only thing was it was due a service. Adam said he would get the service done and a new MOT before he delivered it. He wanted a £200 deposit and said I could pay the rest when the car was delivered (the car was £4995). I had the cash with me so I payed the whole amount that day. The next day he phoned me and said one of his mechanics had sustained an injury so he couldn't get the service done in time. He suggested that I book it in with my local Vauxhall main dealer and he would pay their bill. I agreed. The car was delivered and a week later I got the service and MOT done at Vauxhall and Adam settled their bill of £286.47. I've had the car since January, it's been fantastic no problems whatsoever.

Ilford Car Exchange had a Volkswagen Beetle advertised on Auto Trader and their own website for £2495. I called Adam to see if it was still available which he confirmed it was. I arranged to go see it the next day. Later on that evening, my wife was looking at Auto Trader and noticed the price had gone up to £2795. I text Adam and asked why, he said he would honour the original price but if we didn't buy, this would be the new price. Great. Or so I thought. The next morning Adam text to say sorry but I got all the details wrong, the mileage is 130,000 not 100,000 and the price is £2995 sorry. I appreciate honesty and would have accepted it if he said I need to up the price because of the amount of interest. I can't say my brief encounter with Adam or Ilford Car Exchange has filled me with confidence when buying used cars. I expected more from a "professional" car dealer.
