The wife and I had been looking for a clean nissan Qashqai for weeks but all the ones we went to see were not as good as described. Then we went to see one at Ilford Car Exchange and it really was a beauty. We were met by Adam who explained that all his cars were sourced from Main Dealer Part Exchanges. Although we specifically wanted a Qashqai his other cars looked really nice also. The one we bought is a 2009 model in fantastic condition. It had all the service history and spare keys with it. In addition Adam is a really nice guy to deal with. He is very well spoken and polite. There was absolutely no pressure put on us to buy. I remember it was a particularly cold February day and Adam made us some coffee whilst we were looking. We agreed to buy and left a deposit. Two days later the car was delivered to us with a new MOT and a full service. We do a lot of driving as our eldest two are at different universities and we go to visit them. As a result we have done18633 miles in it since we bought it in February 2015. It has been trouble free motoring. We've had no issues with it whatsoever. We would wholeheartedly recommend Ilford Car Exchange

I dealt with Adam at ilford Car Exchange and would highly recommend him as a top dealer. I bought a beautiful Peugeot 206 convertible from them in March 2015. It was exactly as described in the Autotrader advert with all the Service History etc. Adam let me take the car on a long test drive as I wanted to drive it in 5th gear at 70 mph. He had no problem with this and was not putting any pressure on me to buy. We agreed a deal and he delivered the car to me two days later with a new 12 month MOT and a professional Valet. The car was spotless and I've had no problems with it at all since I've had it. All in all it was a good experience dealing with Ilford Car Exchange and would definitely recommend them

I'm torn with what to say about Ilford Car Exchange as on the one hand I don't feel like I was given all the information on the car in terms of minor faults and cosmetic damage but on the other hand I can't fault Ilford Car Exchange on their attempts to resolve the issues. I would prefer more transparency during the sale but they have responded when I have complained about the issues. Would I still recommend them, I would have to say yes.

Bought this car as described as having full service history. When it was delivered the owner had brought the wrong service book. I have phoned numerous times and he always says the service book is in the post. Now he seems reluctant to take my calls at all. Never buying from him again.
