Mini Cooper booked in for interim service at Imperial cars Portsmouth. Dropped off at 830, phone call at 930 to inform garage cannot open bonnet. Popped in to discuss to find they have actually broken bonnet release catch. Mechanic’s words “ it’s a common problem”. I tell the garage it was fine 2 weeks ago when booked at my usual garage for new brakes and when dropped off that morning, however no apology or offer to repair. Poor service.
The dealers at Imperial Car Supermarket were all very helpful and friendly. When I had an issue with my vehicle they were happy to take a look at it and get it sorted. The car was a really good price and the service has been great.

I got a really good deal on my Ford C-Max from Imperial Car Supermarket in Portsmouth. It was in immaculate condition when I collected it and any issues that I have had they have sorted straight away. I am really pleased and will always recommend this dealership.

Good experience over all. The dealer have been helpful and the car was clean and in good condition when I received it. I think the value for money is quite good. There was an issue with the car and it took me ages to get hold of them about it but they have finally sorted it now. overall a good experience and I would recommend this dealership.

Generally good, I bought a Peugeot 207. Decent car that runs well and was a fair price, I have not had any issues with the car and its been a few months. Overall, I am satisfied and would recommend Imperial Car Supermarket.

I went to Imperial Car Supermarkets in Portsmouth in May. The car was really clean and in great condition and I have had no issues with it at all. The car was a good price but the finance has made it quite expensive. Other than that I have nothing bad to say and would recommend them

At the and of April I bought a BMW. It has had quite a few mechanical issues and has been in the shop twice (it's currently in the shop as they are still trying to fix it) And they haven't been that helpful and I feel like I could be treated a bit better as a customer.
