Jay was our Salesman, who was very helpful. We'd taken our time in finding a car we were interested in, rang to arrange a test drive for today which was great. The car was lovely. Jay was very good, there were no hidden surprises, everything was very transparent. He spent a lot of time with us, and answered every question we put to him. Everything about my experience at Imperial Car Supermarket was fantastic! Had no issues what so ever. Front end to back end it was all brilliant, The BMW was very clean and in great condition when I picked it up! The guys there were very helpful! I would recommend! Brilliant!

I bought a BMW from Imperial Cars Supermarket and the overall service was very good, they were attentive but they weren't pushy like some other dealerships I've been to! The car was very clean, had a full valet. I would recommend them!

When i first saw the car it was very clean and looked as if it had been waxed and polished, that was great but once I got home i noticed a few minor scratches they it may of been covering. Although it was good I probably wouldn't recommend as its very far away from me!

I bought a BMW from Imperial Car Supermarket a couple of months ago and all is fantastic. The BMW was clean and as described and overall a good car! I would recommend this dealership!

I cannot fault Imperial Car Supermarket one bit! I am absolutely thrilled with my BMW. I have had no problems what so ever! The car was lovely and clean and in great condition and definitely a good price. The dealers couldn't have been more helpful and I have already recommended them to all of my friends and will continue to do so.

I am happy with my Audi A6 from this Northamptons Imperial Car Supermarket! I bought it in January and so for I have had no problems with it. It was nice and clean and looked great and the dealers were happy to help! I would recommend this dealership!

The after sales here are very very poor. I was sold a BMW with very squeaky brakes, all the dealer can say is that theirs nothing he can do as its a "common Fault" which I have checked with a BMW Specialist and this is false. I have also had to travel back to the dealership on other occasions to have other repairs done due to damage that wasn't mentioned on the ad or at time of purchase. I would not recommend this dealership at all.

Thought I had bought a great car from Imperial cars Northampton branch, I thought wrong !..Wheels corroded, windscreen shot and headlights out of alignment. Dont bother contacting after sales / customer care, once they have had your cash, they wont do anything to help you.. Avoid this branch of Imperial Car Supermarkets in Northampton at all costs !!!
