When I bought my car from the Imperial Car Supermarket in Northampton, there was no service history and the car was due a service that had not been done. The car was clean and in good condition and a good price but I wouldn't recommend them based on the service.

I am really happy with the service I have received from Imperial Car Supermarket in Northampton. I have purchased a Mercedes from them and I am very happy with it. There have been a few issues but they have been fantastic at getting them resolved. I would very highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

I bought an Audi from this dealership back in June. The car was clean and as described and I have had no issues with it up to now, My only issue is that they stated that the car had been serviced when in fact it had not so based on the fact that they lied to me I would not recommend them.

Poor after care. Didn't resolve the issues I had correctly and they continues to persist so I have taken them into my own hands. The initial service was quite good though they were helpful.

I bought a Mercedes from this dealership back in May and I am happy with it, The service was good and the car was pretty clean and in good shape. The only issues is some scratches which were revealed after washing it, it looks like they have just coloured them in? and the wheels locking but this is being looked at. It was a fair price and I would recommend this dealership.

I bought a Kia from Imperial Car Supermarkets at the end of April and everything has been fine since. There was no matts in the car but other than that it was spotless and in really good condition. The manager came into work early so greet me when I came to collect the car. The sorted everything out as quickly as they possibly could. I can't fault them. I would definitely recommend them.

I bought a BMW 320 in April from here. Very good dealership. The salesmen are all very helpful. The car was in pretty good condition and was a very good price. I have had no issues with this dealership and I would happily recommend them to my friends and family.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER TO WORK WITH I HAVE JUST BOUGHT A BMW 520 SE THE CAR WAS FINE AT THE SHOWROOM AND IN 1 DAY WHAT HAS CHANGED THERE IS SOUND IN THE ENGINE / RIGHT SIDE OF THE CAR WHISTLE SOUND/ RIGHT SIDE OF THE CAR SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT/ DRIVE SHAFT IS CRACKED/ DRIVER SIDE WINDOW STOPED WORKING/ WHEN I AM REVERSING THERE IS A TERRIBLE SOUND COULDNT FIGURE OUT WHAT IT IS. IF YOUR READING THIS AND YOU WENT AND BOUGHT A CAR PLEASE DONT CRY YOU HAVE DONE IT YOUR SELF

The car salesmen are very nice and polite and the showroom is very modern, fresh, and new but the customer services was a real challenge. Imperial Cars strive on 100% customer service but this location didn't focus their attention on service at all. They failed to pass messages on, don't return calls when they say they will (have to chase them), work not carried out to agreed standard, not telling the truth!! After sales packages look attractive but the way they are sold are very misleading and dishonest. One of the worst car purchases I have ever experienced! Cannot recommend them at all. They are back by Santander bank but I don't think Santander will be happy when they hear on what mis practicing behaviour this dealer are up to.
