I purchased a VW from this dealership back in April and the service was very good, The car was clean and as described and it was very good value for money. The only issue is that one off the back windows wont go back up but I am yet to get back to the dealer about this. Overall I am happy and would still recommend this dealer.

This was my 1st car and I called so many time to ask many question regarding car and process to buy and I was made to feel welcome each and every time.
My car is still driving good and on that basis my experience with IMW Cars is great.

I bought a car from IMW Cars after a week I found out that I need to replace engine.
the seller does not want to give me money back.
I put the case in court and after a month was declared bankrupt.
now it is registered as AMK CARS.

The car from IMW Cars that I bought was an absolute joke as the warranty is only fixing certain things and the dealer isn't helping in anyway. I am having to pay for a lot of this even now it still needs £500 worth of work doing to it to make it work ok dealer not prepared to help just us the warranty only.

I feel your pain these rouges should not be allowed to sell cars after having bought at distance seller claimed I was a trader and as such would not compensate me in any Way even though I am a private buyer and the car was substandard and unfit for purpose even though I am a private buyer! Car is dangerous to drive on motorway due to swaying over 60 I hope my concise email sent to trading standards and vosA will be acted upon to save any future buyers befalling the same fate customer service 0 buyer beware!!
