Very poor customer service. Cooper BMW Cobham made me travel 20 miles my car went in for airbag recall passenger airbag module they didnt have the part in stock didnt tell me that till after 2 hours of waiting they only had drivers side airbag trim inside broken they gave it a valet chipped paintwork on front bumper wont call me back to deal with my complaint i will never buy a bmw again customer service is terrible all that has happened is i have been thobbed off managers name is ollie the wallie never again will i set foot in a bme service or showroom

My M4 was booked in for a service at Cooper BMW Cobham. I received this text at 6:40pm the night before, cancelling my appointment. No apology and no call since to rebook....very poor...I certainly won’t reply.... good afternoon Mr Evans, this is BMW unfortunately due to technical issues in the workshop we have to cancel your booking tomorrow we will rebook soon. I recently (last Friday) bought a 'nearly' new 68 PLATE BMW M140i for my wife as a birthday present from Cooper BMW Cobham. The M140i is brilliant and my wife just loves the car - it isn't going to be the cheapest car to run, but its "a smile a mile"... We had a great sales person look after us called Lauren Hobday, the star of the whole buying process was Lauren, she was so helpful, professional and just made the buying process a pleasure, which when your spending c £28k is important and matched our experience of buying other BMW's easily and surpassed our expectations. The unveiling process of our new car, which was cleaned immaculately (it looked brand new), and the look on my wife's face when she realised it was her car that was covered up ready to be unveiled was a picture, it made the whole event a real 'special' day' for her. Lauren was really instrumental in this as were the reception staff who were always on hand to provide coffee and anything we needed. It was a really nice 'buying' experience, made the day and my wife loves the car... This is the first time I have given any feedback to a garage when buying a car, but because Lauren helped make this such a special day for my wife (we even had a slight blip in the process which Lauren ironed out perfectly) I feel its well deserved. Lauren's attention to detail, mature and personable approach and 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude - great job and great customer service 10/10. Its easy to complain about stuff that goes wrong, as things do, but much nicer to say 'well done' when things turn out really well and your expectations are exceeded.... the unveiling of the car was a real bonus, never had that from any other BMW dealership ! And she has followed up with us to check everything is okay, she must be able to see my wife's smile from the office - the cars great. So, well done to Lauren, your a credit to your team.

Car booked in for safety recall, month in advance with request for courtesy car. Took car in, no courtesy car available, work carried out and checked. Fault occurred with car while being driven back to me, returned to dealership and I was told this fault was there before I took it, no effort to find a resolve and left with a car that was undriveable and a repair cost of £450! The whole experience was shocking and would not go back to Cooper BMW in Cobham if it was the last garage on earth!

Oil service yesterday was handled very well by Farzand Ali. He kept me informed on progress and arranged replacement tyre and wiper blades. Very satisfied with this service advisor. Top man.
