I had taken my Range Rover in to be looked at under warranty and by the time they had got round to doing anything with it the warranty had run out and they wanted to charge me £180 an hour to do this disgraceful service And especially from one gentleman on the service team called Robert who put the phone down on me in the end would not recommend these to fix a wheelbarrow

I never write reviews , but from the first interaction of buying my first f pace second hand , and the full support of all their team especially at their temporary site in Burton , they could not have been more helpful and supportive . first class after sales service especially jay , who couldn't do enough . buying from a dealership for the first time , I would definitely recommend Inchcape Jaguar first class

Extremely poor levels of professionalism and customer service after quoting a price for my next scheduled service and further confirming this with me over the phone, on the day they proceeded to perform a completely different service that was not requested or part of the scheduled services, blaming their bookings team and asking me to come back another day and pay an additional nearly £900 for the other service and pay nearly £400 for the performed service that I did not even ask for and was not needed on my vehicle. Additionally when quoting for new brakes, they pushed heavily inflated figures, not inline with their own online pricing for vehicles over 3+ years old and when queried, quickly reverted to these prices but would have been happy to accept an additional £600+ if I would not have queried, which does not come across well or honest with their customers. I have been requesting call backs for nearly 2 weeks now which has not been received, other than a helpful call, ironically from their customer reviews team who helped follow this up and prompted a call from an unknown number at an inconvenient time but I am yet to actually speak to them on the phone after continually requesting this. I would avoid here at all costs if this is the experience they strive to deliver to customers.

Amazing staff, Clive who sold me the car was extremely polite, courteous and helpful, certainly new his product. It was a pleasure to deal with this gentleman. The lady on reception, a lovely person, offered me a coffee, chatted away with me after calling for a salesperson, so polite it was unbelievable. Thank You Inchcape Derby, you have amazing staff .

Disgusted with the service team and their rude sexist comment made. Sent me someone else's bill and found this amusing as he was tired. One of the issues was not resolved and my car came back damaged. Will never use this jaguar branch again or even speak with them as they are so rude that's if you can ever get hold of them as they never answer the phone. It's not even worth emailing them as they never read your email correctly or if at all. They have no customer service or communication skills. Very poor and my advice would be to stay away from this branch and go somewhere else This has put me off Jaguar altogether.

I was at Inchcape Jaguar in Derby Yesterday. There were very helpful. It is the sort of service I expect from Jaguar dealers, which is sadly missing in some garages. Well done!
