I have dealt with Inchcape Norwich for many years now and always found the members of staff helpful and professional - I have also bought new cars, the latest being this week and the experience has been outstanding - Jake Howe and Noel Howes have been engaging, incredibly flexible and informative and I highly recommend them and the dealership as a whole

Would give 0 if could. Worst customer service. Inchcape Norwich BMW UPDATE - After finally getting a call back from Barry at roughly 17:00 yesterday to go over the parts and then to tell me the parts are ordered and arriving over night. 10:30 this morning I walked in to collect the parts to be told….. “BMW screwed us over on the delivery, and everything is still on the van” I then asked for the parts manager, was told he wasn’t there today… so said ok I’ll speak with Johnathan who left me a voice Mail last night. Johnathan then proceeded to get the parts manager that wasn’t in today… crazy. After meeting Matt, the new parts manager. To be honest started really well, apologised multiple times, gave me a direct number for him and added some discount to my order. He then asked me to pay, once I’d paid he asked if I would remove my review, at which I started with saying No I wouldn’t, but then gave him a chance to redeem the parts department by offering a little goodie box, a hat, gloves, a mug, whatever it was. Just a little something to give to my mechanics. To which Matt said he will go and look and see what he can do… 15/20 min goes by… nothing, no sign of Matt. So I ask for him, he then comes out and proceeded to tell me and my colleague this isn’t what he said ,And that he felt I was “ threatening” and “ rail roading” him into giving me something when he doesn’t have the authority to do so. And the person that does is on holiday and no one else can make this decision. The place is a complete shambles, lots of excuses of staff leaving, then the receptionist saying people are on holiday. Which frankly, isn’t my issue, I should be able to ring bmw and order parts during operating hours. Matt tells me Monday he will contact me, Monday I will update here.

Awesome car but what made experience exceptional is dealing with Brendon. I changed my mind and delayed decision earlier in 2023. BRendon always acted as consumate professional and guided me to the right choice- faltless advcie and follow up on every monor detail. Very happy to recommend him as well as the BMW experience!

Wish i could give 0/5 stars, Not happy with how me and my fiancée have been treated this way, My 5 series E60 530D was recalled so i was hesitant to take into BMW after reading some of the negative reviews regarding them causing more problems after than it arrived to them in good standard, Now i am having troubles with my Heater Blowers in the car, they now sound like a human breathing and not consistant, have been told its a £99 Pound charge for them to look at it but would be free if this was something they caused but £99 charge if not, They are the sort of people who will say it was not one of their technicians faults because they think all customer do not know about cars, my car was recently put on the ramp and given the once over before i bought this car, had no problems at all for the age of the vehicle, take it to BMW Inchcape and further problems from them, No help to sort the issue they have caused to my every day car, especially with winter coming, it is freezing to drive now, and a worry every morning not knowing if the fans are going to work to clear my windscreen Not happy and would like someone from BMW to contact me about sorting this free of charge, once this is sorted i will remove this review from all platforms p.s you tell them your name is Andrew Lynn and they constantly have me down after telling them multiple Times as Andrew Limm, Very poor service and will be sticking to small trade mechanics for the future Thank you Andrew 07366062712
Upgraded to a brand new 520d from 320d. Its a pain to deal with them for after sales service. No one knows what to deliver. Car not booked but sent confirmation, charged wrongfully for service. They do not care at all for the customers and give you hassles.

Should speak volumes, I have had 4 cars now from copper bmw norwich the latest which is a BMW M135i, always a great service, know a few of the staff on a friendly first name basis, I've had issues with some of the cars, however all problems have been met with a sensible solution. I cant help but feel you get treated the same way you treat others. Great service as always.
I tried to buy a listed x5 45e from Cooper BMW Norwich, didn’t need a test drive - just a video to check condition and items where as per requested in order to purchase the vehicle that day - I had to send 3 emails to get a response, I was then passed to 3 different people, never sent a video, the car was then sent on a weekend test drive, I was promised someone would get back to me Monday - no one did - I then had to chase Dow alternative members of staff to email - I had one missed call after another 3 emails and then I called back twice to be told no one was available. I had to call again this morning and of course the car (which I asked to purchase nearly 2 weeks ago) has been sold. Simply terrible customer Service. If this is the way you are treated when your dropping £70k on a new car - god help you if there is something wrong and you need assistance...
I bought my BMW X3 from cooper BMW Norwich in march 2018. It was an approved used car that was 15 months old and had 10,000 miles on the clock. 18 months later my diamond cut alloy wheels had started to corrode quite badly (very common issue) The car was still within the 3 year manufacturers warranty. So I took the car back to Cooper's Norwich in August only to be told by the service advisor to "bring the car back just before the warranty ends in December 2019 and we'll replace all corroded wheels under warranty" So in November 2019 I took my car back, as advised, only to be told that "the wheels have previously been repaired and warranty claim will be rejected" so upon hearing of this I was confused. I have not previously repaired my wheels and asked what the repair was. The technician said the surfaces had been re-cut and because a small amount of material had been removed from the wheel surface BMW will reject the claim. It turns out cooper BMW Norwich had the wheels repaired, refurbished and re-cut before I bought the car. I was sold a car without any warranty on the wheels and I was NEVER made aware of this throughout the sales process. It took the technician 10 seconds to feel the wheels and realise they had be re-cut. Why wasn't this made aware to me. At this point I spoke to Claire Hart - service advisor. She said there's nothing we can do and that's that but if I wasn't happy I could purchase new wheels at a cost over £2500. When I started questioning her about the repairs done to my wheels she couldn't get me off the phone fast enough. The next day Claire even had the cheek to send me a customer satisfaction email saying they hope I pleased with the service received etc etc. How disrespectful! They knew how angry I was about the whole situation. At this point I took it to BMW UK who agreed that this was poor standards and would contact Cooper BMW Norwich on my behalf. Unfortunately Cooper BMW Norwich are a franchise and are owned by inchcape so BMW UK have no power to sort out any complaints... 3 months have passed and after 5 phone calls to BMW UK, to find out what is happening, I have yet to receive any contact from Cooper's Norwich about my complaint... All smiles when taking your money for the car then you're left with appalling customer service.

Sorry to leave a negative review but as this is the second time a similar problem has happened to me when trying to purchase a car firstly a few years back I spent an hour with a rep explaining what car I was looking for colour, engine size etc didn't have what I wanted in stock but assured me he would find one in the dealership and contact me soon 6 weeks later I was in the area and decided I would just pop in on the off chance that something else would take my fancy low and behold on the forecourt were 2 of the exact cars I was looking for correct colour engine etc so I went in and spoke to the same rep you can guess what he said I was about to call you ok shame the rep who had already approached me on my way in had told me the cars had been on the forecourt for over 2 weeks pretty poor service I guess you would agree but I did buy one of them but dealt with the rep who approached me on the way in. Anyway looking to buy again test drive a car there a few weeks ago and decided I would buy one so phone Saturday 4th Jan at 10.52 spoke to rep who said he would call me back in one hour 4 hours later I decided I would call again spoke to receptionist who told me he was with a customer but would call me back before they closed no call recieved. Decided to drive up Sunday the 5th the car I wanted to purchase had just been sold at this point I was in no fit state to go in and speak to the reps so decided to use the phone explaining my displeasure of which he was very apologetic and basically promised me I would receive a call today Monday 7th @ 14:30 still no call, not going to name drop but the only rep who seemed helpful was the one who arranged my test drive a few weeks back.Poor service in my opinion. Such a shame as the dealership is only 4 miles from my home I feel I now have got to be looking elsewhere Listers maybe but then i have 100 mile round trip.Oh well my problem I guess not coopers bmw norwich are pretty shocking.
