I purchased an Audi and traded in my fiat 500, which had outstanding finance to be paid by this company which wasn’t! So they left me paying 6500 plus my Audi I bought from them! The Audi cost me 21000 and when I received the heaters didn’t work (was told it was a new car and you can’t hear the heaters) which is laughable. The sun roof leaks, which was promised to be paid for and never has been! I’ve been left paying a fortune for 2 cars because of this scamming company. Never ever use!

Purchased a car in July from Infinity Autos, when the dealer was trading as CONQUEST AUTOS. He previously called himself GRANDEUR AUTOS. Before that SPEC AUTOS. I wish I had taken the time to research this prior to making the purchase because it would have saved a substantial amount of hassle. Long story short, the car was never collected as it was never made ready- some parts needed to be replaced and the dealer (who e-mails people under the fake name John Smith) never bothered to do the work. I have more than 50 texts promising a refund which has never arrived. I have a text message confirming that CONQUEST AUTOS has just renamed INFINITY AUTOS and he is "not trying to run away from his debts". Well, this has gone on for long enough. I am sick of waiting for my money and want the internet to know what this company is all about. Avoid at all costs- you have been warned!
