Bought a Nissan Murano from Infinity Car Sales in November 2016. The car had a 12 mth Mot with it but would have failed miserably if it had been Mot properly Many issues with the car and they don’t get back to you or even care to be honest, I have reported them to Trading standards and I will begin the process of suing them. Do not buy from these people.

Thomas in response to Bad car purchase
Hello Darren I bought the Honda from them about year ago and I'm still fighting with this people. But now the garage is permanently closed. I just wonder how you manage to solve your problem?
Bought a Mercedes E220 CDI from Infinity to find out that there are a huge amount of faults on the car. After sales service is non existent to the point of I had the manager swearing down the phone to me after offering to buy the car back for half of what I purchased the car for. My car came with a new MOT with no advisories though when inspected by a specialist it became apparent that the brakes were worn to the point of being dangerous, lights didn't work, wheel bearings worn not to mention the oil and coolant leaks - all should of been MOT failures or advisories. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP and the warranty and MOT they provide isn't worth the paper it's written on.

Jason in response to DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM INFINITY CARS
I brought a alfa romeo and week in clutch gone costing me 700pounds never buy of them. I rang them and they pretending they a new owners it looks like trading standards need to look at them close .
Bought a car from Infinity Car Sales, and agreed over the phone to the purchase, the dealer warranty and an additional delivery. The car arrived and didn't have many of the features listed on the ad. Dealer admitted and said they would sort it out - car then failed spectacularly within a week. I spoke to the dealer who basically asked me to lie to the warranty company and they would cover the any out of pocket. I didn't, obviously and it turns out the warranty didn't cover the part that failed (turbo). It took 3 months and endless calls with various people to resolve. I threatened court, and settled for £1000 out of pocket on expenses which I estimated to be the same as my court costs. These guys are to be avoided at all costs.
I understand that Infinity Car Sales Ltd changed their company name turn of the year with bad reviews and court orders. Run by a family. I can say once they have your money they will fob you off, a classic line when they want to fob you off, he is on a test drive or usually its the guys day off and no one else knows about the problem.
Went to view a VW Golf MK6 1.6TDI today, Checked out the car which seemed fine but went to start it and it wouldn't fire up so tried again and it started (alarm bells ringing already), let it run for a minute or so and popped the bonnet open let's just say they hadn't bothered to clean up and the engine was shaking badly like it was going to stall which tells me either injectors (£400 a pop) or egr blocking up (£££££££!) So I asked the guy what's up with it just to act innocent he says it's cold and been standing for a couple of weeks...I say it's can't be because I have the exact same car even the same colour and it's never done that even when I've been away on holiday for 3 weeks. Naturally I say it's a duff car and hand him the keys and walk away. Point of this review is that if the seller can't be interested in any fault of the car and not willing to admit that it has one and is willing to get it sorted if I buy then he's no good salesman at all. Avoid and spend your hard earned somewhere else.
