I bought a ford focus at the beginning of July, I bought from Invicta because I needed a reliable car to drive back and forwards from Scotland and to use for work and thought buying from a mainstream dealer would be a better bet than one of the lesser known companies. Invicta has been a name that has been around forever which to me meant I'd be buying from a reliable and trusted company. In August the clutch went despite me only having had the car for a few weeks I had to fork out for hire cars for 2 weeks and pay 1/3 of the cost of the repair them having told the dealership that was doing the repairs that they'd pay it all, I had to borrow more money to pay for that so now I'm 12.5 thousand pounds in debt and guess what.....the car has now developed an electrical problem. I can guarantee they and their warranty company (Ramp) will again go out of their way to wriggle out of paying out for it. I wouldn't touch the company again and would advise prospective customers to go elsewhere.

That is absolutely appalling! They should be ashamed of themselves for selling a vehicle that is not fit to run! Cannot believe this has happened to you! Will not be buying from them! So sorry to hear this, I hope they see how much grief and debt they have given you. Again, absolutely outrageous!

It sounds like you've had an absolute nightmare dealing with Invicta, and sadly, your experience isn't surprising. It’s unacceptable that a car from a so-called reputable dealer is falling apart within weeks, and even worse that they’re trying to dodge their responsibilities when it comes to covering repairs. You buy from a mainstream dealer specifically to avoid this kind of stress, not to get stuck with even more financial headaches. The fact that you’re £12.5k in debt now, after relying on them to provide a reliable vehicle, is appalling. And it's always the same story when it comes to warranty companies like Ramp—they’ll do anything to avoid paying up. Thanks for calling this out. It’s good to know that people should steer clear of Invicta if they want to avoid these same issues. I hope you manage to get some justice or at least get the car sorted soon!

Further to this my car is now undrivable with a complete system failure and Ramp are unable to get someone to at least look at it till the 11th November.
We popped in on the off chance in relation to a locknut removal issue on 2/2/22 we had to get these removed or buy the tool. Gary from parts came out and attended right away and he was so helpful, offered to come out and see which locking nut was to fit our wheel and even more went that extra mile and then offered to remove the locking wheel nut from all 4 wheels for us. Many thanks for doing a great job and was much appreciated as we would have been stuck without his kind help on the day. Thankyou from Mr & Mrs Whitewood TN24 area.

My wife and i purchased a second hand Peugeot 107 from Invicta Ashford in January for which we gave a genuine excellent review which was the first review i had ever left for anything. unfortunately after three weeks we noticed water in the drivers footwell and what with the lockdown and waiting for door seals it has taken a while to sort out to find where the water was getting in but it is now sorted with no charge to us. we greatly appreciate the first class help we have had from Kirsty on the front desk of the service department and the sheer perseverance of Ben the manager for his personal time that he has taken to find the leak. My wife purchased a second hand peugeot last Saturday and from the time we walked through the door you could tell that it was a very professional business and the salesman Charlie who dealt with us was very helpful and came across as very genuine and my wife and i were very happy with the way that we were taken through all of the details. After we had purchased the car it was serviced, thoroughly checked over and anything that needed doing was done before we took the car First class.

Purchased a car and had endless problems! Avoid Invicta Ford in Ashford.
This company found me a lovely Ford Mondeo and had it transferred over to their branch.The car was in really great condition and and I am really happy with it. It was a very good price too. I have had no issues with it at all but they have informed me that the car needs to go back in for an electrical update which is fine. I am really pleased and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I bought a Ford Mondeo from this dealership in May and they were as good as gold. I have had no issues at all and the car is in excellent condition. Really happy with everything and I would recommend this dealership 100%

I couldn't fault Invicta Ford one bit, there was a few niggly issues early on but they had it back and fixed it up good as new, in terms of overall service they couldn't of been any better really.
