Invicta Motors Ford Thanet is a local dealership to me. I would recommend them as I've had no issues. The Ford I purchased of them was clean and as described. It all went fine!

I booked my car in for a service and also asked for a fault to be rectified, I took the car in at 8am the appointed time, asked when it would be ready, told several times adamantly in would not be ready until 5.30pm by the receptionist, I said I was disappointed with that. Within two I was told the car is ready so I went to collect the car, I arrived at the service desk paid the bill and then waited 3/4 of an hour as the car was not ready, asked if the fault had been rectified I was told no as they could not find an error on the computer. I asked to see the service manager while still waiting for the car. He arrived after 10 to 15 minutes. I explained everything to hom he took me to see the engineer in the workshop who agreed what the fault is, the service manager then went to collect my car. So I left the garage paying for a service with a faulty car that goes into safe mode creating a low speed and a danger. As I left the service manager said he would look into the matter and phone me in the afternoon Over a week later I've still not heard anything. Told the delay on collection was the fact the car was being cleaned,

Invicta Motors were simply excellent, no delays, no fuss, just helpful and attentive service throughout. I'm very much enjoying my new car it is exactly what I wanted and I'm very happy.

I found Matt to be upfront about the products that would benefit me. He was very friendly and went out of his way to assist me with the best finance company to go to. I would highly recommend any body to give them a try. This was my first time of buying a nearly new car, I was a bit nervous but I was soon put at my ease. I cannot praise them enough.
