It's never a wonderful experience buying a car but Lexus Ipswich sales team did a great job in changing that. I was not the easiest of their customers I am sure but they were patient, extremely helpful and eventually we agreed the sale. I will definitely return for my next vehicle. After many years of driving one particular make of car, which had never let me down, I was naturaly apprehensive of switching to Lexus. We had seen great reviews for the LBX and after having a test drive we could see why. We also received some brilliant personal service from Phillip Lui. He was always on hand to answer our questions and his knowledge of the car was superb. He deserves a 10 out of 10 for going that extra mile in putting our minds at rest with any query we had with the car and being very straightforward by not making any promises he couldn't keep just to sell the car. This was much appreciated. I have feeling we will have a long relationship with Lexus in Ipswich.

I ordered the new LBX model at the beginning of February with an ETA of April. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, my car did not arrive at the showroom until June. Throughout the whole process, Phillip Liu informed me of any updates and provided solutions to issues that occurred. The service he provided was excellent and he is a credit to the company. I am extremely happy with my car, it’s a dream to drive and is very comfortable. If you are looking to buy a car from here, I would recommend dealing with Phillip!

When you buy a new car, pure joy and excitement can disappear in confusion. There’s a lot of competition out there. Even if you’ve owned a Lexus before, you look around carefully. The way that you’re treated as a new buyer is indicative of how you will be treated as an owner. In this regard Phillip Liu has been immensely helpful and has presented an outstanding ‘face’ to customers - in this case my wife and I. Since the date he’d sold the car to us, deal sealed, he has done his utmost to support us. I appreciate those efforts and find his determined attention impressive. I would certainly recommend Mr Liu to any friends interested in a Lexus. And I’m confident of continued support, should it prove necessary. The car? The RX450h+ is a dream.

So much to be impressed by, the service provided by our sales executive (Phillip Liu) has been absolutely outstanding. He certainly helped my wife and I to be entirely comfortable with our purchase. Unfortunately he was on holiday when the vehicle arrived in Ipswich and the handover could have been better. Maybe I’m getting old and was slow in understanding what I didn’t know. The handover is important and I had exceptionally high expectations of Lexus service. The car appeared pristine and is a delight to drive, although I’m missing some understanding of key functionality. Immediately upon his return from holiday, Phillip telephoned me to follow up on how things were going. I appreciate that. I’m delighted, and relieved, that Phillip is going the extra mile by personally going through functionality by meeting up and helping me fill my gaps in knowledge.
