I have bought 2 cars at Irvine Car Centre and they have always been great to deal with professional and make you feel at ease buying a car . The car I went to look at had been sold before I arrived but after looking around I decided to buy a black Audi . I also enquired about finance and was offered a great low rate.The finance was arranged within 10 minutes and I was able to drive the car away within the hour which is the way I want to buy all my cars in the future :-) I have already recommended this dealer to friends and family and will be back when I am ready to change car. 5* customer service received from a family run garage . The whole process was so simple and easy which really makes a difference buying a car. Will be back when my daughter sits her driving test. Thanks also for collecting me from the train station.

Bought my 3 series bmw from Irvine Car Centre in January. Straight away engine light came on contacted them and they said probably a sensor. Took back to get fixed and happened again. Long story short only had the car 3 months and the engine seized. Spoke to garage who weren't interested the guy Colin tried to blame me and maybe the way I drive. Finance company couldn't do anything about it either. So now 7months from the engine seizing iv had to pay £4650 to get the engine rebuilt. Do not buy a car from this so called car garage. Going by the reviews I'm not the only one who has been done over by them

Avoid this so called car company! I bought a golf from Irvine Car Centre three months ago. I’ve had nothing but faults from day one. Car had tyres with cracks all over them needed replaced. Then dpf light keep coming on, car then developed an engine knock. After further inspection I have found out car was filled with thick oil to hide the noise. Spoke to Donald very unhelpful. Not willing to sort the matter. Avoid at all costs. Contacting trading standards and the car sales page who pass trade on to this shambles of a garage!

Irvine Car Centre are happy to take your money but ZERO after sales..I bought a car for my son thst developed an issue after just over a week . I called down to report this today go me met with a barrage of abuse by one of the owners . These guys don't care about customer safety when selling cars ...my sons car had a wheel so loose I dread to think what the consequences could have been !! The car was apparently put through an MOT however a third party advised me that the underlying issues with the car mean that there is no way should have passed . Please dont give these guys a penny.Buy from a reputable dealer who puts safety before £££££s.

If I could give this zero(or a negative number) of stars, I would. DO NOT BUY FROM IRVINE CAR CENTRE. My 18 year old nephew has just bought a car from here which had apparently passed it’s MOT just before he bought it. Within 2 weeks the car developed a knock, which he thought was a wheel bearing. They tried to make it extremely difficult to take the car back while still under warranty to be looked at and repaired. On inspection by a third party mechanic, the car was found to have a loose front wheel, which was at the point of almost falling off. There was also a bald tyre and several other issues which would have resulted in a failed MOT. When the company was informed of this, we were accused of loosening the tyre ourselves!! Colin, who is the rudest and in my opinion, most sociopathic person that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with in a customer facing role, was only keen to mount personal attacks on myself and family members, instead of dealing with the issue (under warranty). Donald, while not as rude, was just vague and unhelpful. In the end, we paid a third party to fix the car, instead of dealing with this bunch of con men. I am only glad that the loose wheel was found before causing a major accident. Not that these jokers were in the least bit interested. Again- DO NOT GO NEAR THIS OUTFIT WITH A BARGE POLE.

Stay clear of Irvine Car Centre, was supposed to be picking up a car from them after paying deposit and changing over insurance. He said that he would be putting a full MOT on the car which he did but then later came back to say there were problems needing fixed and he would have to delay the pick up date which was totally fine but his attitude was shocking, he kept on delaying and delaying untill I ended up just giving up and looking elsewhere for a car. Honestly stay away!!!

I was astonished when i went to Irvine Car Centre to be told I couldn't test drive a £10,000 car. The reason given by the salesman was (and I quote) "I can't be bothered to move four or five cars to get that car out"!!! And he went on to say "I wouldn't MOT the car till it's been sold". So not only am I expected to buy a car without driving it, I'm also expected to buy a car not knowing what work has been done recently! I will not be back through the doors. I would rather jump on public transport than deal with this type of salesman...absolute ignorance,and I'm surprised he gets any cars sold at all!
