Bought my first hybrid car from car firm. Living in London, having a diesel or even a petrol car didn't make sense to me. The was stunning and exactly what I wanted however the batteries were my main concern. Car firm had something in place for that which was the extended warranty as it covers batteries on hybrid cars. With this 3 years warranty I had the full peace of mind

I’ve been looking at two identical cars one from car firm and another from elsewhere. I had a slightly higher price for my part exchange from the other place as their car has been in their stock the longest. Salesman at car firm mentioned they have a promotion on google where they can match the part exchange price and they did! In the end I got the car I really wanted and the top price for my old car. Applied for finance on their website, I got a call back 20 mins later saying I’ve been accepted. Done all the paperwork with the finance company and went to collect the car the next day. Process was smooth, fast and hassle free. I would personally recommend this dealership

Visited this dealership to explore our options as we had a set budget and weren't quite sure what we wanted. The guys were friendly and helped us have a look around all the cars and took 1 for a test drive. Offices have plenty of ppe for customers as well

Test drive was awesome, sales guy was sound and sorted me out with a good deal on paint protection. They applied it while I went to go grab some food and when I went back the car was looking amazing
