Once I decided to go ahead with the car I was looking at, I made a payment to Carfirm for the car, extended warranty and paint protection. Car was delivered on time and had all the paperwork with it. It was literally immaculate.

Car firm has assisted in the purchase of my new car. They were very helpful both over the phone and by email. All the information I asked for was given to me as well as a virtual test drive and a live viewing. Delivery was done literally the next day and the car is absolutely immaculate. They have many finance packages to choose from, the finance itself was very quick and easy to arrange. Finance manager was friendly and professional and the car looked amazing when it got delivered

Agreed the purchase the audi a4 over the phone, once all checks and online paperwork was completed, I was given a delivery slot for the next day. The car arrived on time in an excellent condition and the delivery drivers were friendly yet very professional. Unbelievably good service and communication.

Had a very friendly salesman help my mum find a good car for her daily runs and got a really good price for her old car too. We got her the extended warranty for peice of mind and she's very happy with her new car. The service was great. Salesman was happy, professional and kind. We would both highly recommend!

Purchased a car from here and within 24 hours it went into limp mode, 3 months later and numerous conversations the dealership accept no accountability even though they replaced and then had to repair the ‘new’ turbo they replaced all within a month of me purchasing the car! 3 months later my cars still sat in a Garage and the company are a complete joke! Only person that can deal with me works 1 day a week. Apparently the car is to be expected to have issues due to its age and mileage (but the warranty doesn’t cover anything so pointless) id avoid this dealership at all costs!!! The car also has undeclared modifications that could have caused the turbo to go which they’re denying any knowledge of.

Had the same issues i mean worse in terms of csr problems but this has happened 3 days from when i bought it. "Apparently the car is to be expected to have issues due to its age and mileage" the same answer i got! Court case in progress...

So glad I purchased my car from car firm, saw the car I wanted on their website. Contacted them and they booked me in to come view the next day. The car was spotless, clean and drove superb! The car was delivered to me a day after I viewed it!
