Purchased a car from here and within 24 hours it went into limp mode, 3 months later and numerous conversations the dealership accept no accountability even though they replaced and then had to repair the ‘new’ turbo they replaced all within a month of me purchasing the car! 3 months later my cars still sat in a Garage and the company are a complete joke! Only person that can deal with me works 1 day a week. Apparently the car is to be expected to have issues due to its age and mileage (but the warranty doesn’t cover anything so pointless) id avoid this dealership at all costs!!! The car also has undeclared modifications that could have caused the turbo to go which they’re denying any knowledge of.

Brought my 2015 car from here and had it delivered. I had booked the vehicle in for a major service for a few days time, which discovered it had a few problems. I contacted the Car Firm to see if these were covered by the warranty and was told on the phone they only dealt with new sales and would have to contact the after sales team which are only available by email. I contacted them via email and still waiting for a reply a few months later, i had to pay to get the car road worthy as we are key workers and mr partner works for the Ambulance so we need a reliable car thats of satisfactory quality. We then received a warning to turn the engine off due to low oil pressure, again we contacted the Car Firm and still no reply. This was another exspensive fix we were not told about and had to deal with. We have spent around a grand to put this vehicle right and fit for purpose, an exspense we could do without. The customer service at this place is shocking and the quality of the vehicle they sold me is appauling. If you want to buy a car that will need alot of money being spent on it within the first week or two then buy from the Car Firm. Will supply photos and proof of parts & labour in future posts. Still waiting to hear from the Car Firm.

Paid a deposit 24th September, viewed the car and it was ok, nothing more than just average but that was expected for a 7year old car. Not a glamorous car dealer but the car and the salesman were ok, no complaints and we decided not to purchase the car after a 2 hour drive to Peterborough. But checking my accounts and wondering why they haven’t refunded so emailed them they did very swiftly. But it’s the 6th of December and if I didn’t chase it up I’m sure they would never refund my money. Took over 10 weeks, not to be trusted
