Placed a refundable deposit on a car to go and view, later found out there was cosmetic damage they hadnt informed me of, despite asking numerous times if there was any cosmetic damage. Informed them within a couple of hours I wasnt interested due to the damage. 1 month later and still no refund. Dont trust this company, will hide damage on cars to gain a quick sale. Ended up going to Land Rover direct and had faultless service, was worth paying the premium to buy from a trustworthy retailer.

Long distance sale due to covid, car was delivered with a knocking on the breaks and crack in the window screen. Tried to contact over this but was like banging my head against a wall. Customer service is an absoloutle joke. Keep telling you the manager can’t talk or he will phone you back and they NEVER DO. They just hope you get fed up of chasing them. They actually made a joke about not getting back to me whilst on the phone. RUDE LYING SCAMMERS. AVOID
