I have been recommended this dealership by a friend who has been buying cars along with their family for the past 7 years from this dealership so popped in. The staff were really friendly, Had a drive of a vehicle I am potentially interested in purchasing in the next few months, if it sells they have said they are able to source me another one.

Paid what I was told was a refundable deposit of £100 to reserve a car for 7 days. Having discovered that rear bumper had a crack in it, withdrew my interest less than 24 hours after placing 'refundable' deposit. Refused to return my deposit. Should have read previous reviews and would certainly not have entertained doing business with this company

Carfirm were appalling in their treatment of us - customers who had a clear and legal right to a refund when the car had a major mechanical problem evident within hours of buying it. After our credit card company has upheld our complaint we have had a refund, despite their actions. 6 months of stress and there was not one aspect of our claim which wasn't found to be fair and valid. Audi LL62 FGF needs a new head gasket.
