Went to go see a few cars that were on my list, was just browsing, the staff at Car Firm were very helpful i looked at a few cars to narrow down my decision, They explained both cash and finance deals. When i am ready i will be returning here to buy my next car

I purchased a Mazda 6 and warranty from Adam at Car Firm in 2017. Recently I took the car in for a warranty issue and what I thought was an easy fix. Several weeks later I reached out to Adam and to my surprise he not only remembered me but helped me to resolve the back and forth with the warranty company. I am very impressed with Car Firm's friendliness and willingness to get involved in support of their customers even a couple of years later. Furthermore, aside from the warranty issue related to one of the rear window electric motors I have not had any problems with my car since I purchased it. Great establishment and personnel.

What hapened to you my man i might be in the same boat .. bought a bmw x6 and my engine developed a rattle i recoverd it to my home and next day returned the vehicle to them .. now im waiting for them to check how much will be the fix .. i know they sold me a foulty car cause i only covered 175 miles in 10 days after purchase .. i want my car that i part exchange back and this vehicle returned but who knows if they will returne my car back or try to .. sting me for the rebuilt bill

I bought a BMW from CarFirm which I’ve collected today. Really happy with my purchase. Service history, MOT all paperwork was verified - (the full service history can be seen on the car itself). The finance went through smoothly as well. I have no complaints, would use again and definitely recommend.

From the word go it has been fantastic service all the way through. Amongst some of the best service I have had and I am an extremely fussy customer - they would embarrass some main dealers. Car knowledge has also been great - I will be buying a car for my wife from The Car Firm soon.
