I'm sick of Is Cars Ltd. The manager Adil takes no responsibility, and his understudy Adam is about as useful as their warranty cover. Their practices and the way these guys treat people is vile. Therefore I am putting my email address on here for anyone that has experienced the same ill treatment at the hands of these. Avoid Is Cars Ltd. I would not normally post a review such as this, but given the circumstances of what happened in this instance, these people have left no other choice. It is my view that these people are only interested in getting your money, even at the expense of safety and that thing most people possess, a moral compass. We bought a car from them that broke down within an hour of driving it away. We were on the motorway at the time! It was a terrifying experience and very, very dangerous. We called them straight away but these people showed very little interest. Since then, they have been avoiding us by refusing to respond to our requests for our money back for the unfit car they sold us - something we are fully entitled to! It is my personal opinion that they were aware the car was defective and failed to declare this to us. This is not only immoral but just out right dangerous. Having looked at other reviewers comments on other sites, we noticed that a pattern in their highly suspect sales tactics / after care 'service' which were very similar to our own. For the sake of safety and peace of mind, I would avoid buying so much as a chocolate bar from these bad minded people.

Purchased a Citroen C4 Grand Picasso on 30/12/17. Shown car, but rear door lock had intermittent fault and refused to open correctly. Advised that valet team had broken it. Took for drive, all looked ok. Speaking to rep about lock, he advised that I get it fixed and he would refund. After taking car away, I found what was wrong and ordered part off web. Popping back to see rep 02/01/18, he agreed to reimburse. There was a 3-week delay in this process, but after speaking directly with one of the directors, we discussed an effective solution, followed by prompt refund. A faster response to such a small issue would have provided a 5 star review, but because of this delay, which is identified as a breakdown in communications within Car Firm, I will only give 3 stars.

Brilliant customer service and good selection of car to choose from. All cars are really well priced and not the usual pushy salesmen. Will use again and recomend to all
awful after service, cars they sell are dodgy, Avoid at all costs if you value your time and money.

Joke. Fake review. The dealers have the following traits - poor grammar and always lack capital letters in their written communications. Don't believe me?, just try emailing them and see. Second to that, check out all the positive reviews...spot the trend. Wasters!

Adam is the manager of the company and trades as car firm not IS Cars. Too conveninent....
Just brought a vauxhall mokka from here very pleased with it great customer service no pressure from any of the sales people that just let me walk around the cars to look at the person who looks after and cleans the cars asked me once if you see anything you like just ask and I will get the keys so you can have a proper look around it and then just left us to look around many thanks to him. would recommend Car Firm. traveled from Enfield well worth it very happy with the car and the service I got
